This pillow has been extremely helpful post recent breast surgery. It has allowed me to drive without the discomfort of a seatbelt rubbing across my chest. It is very padded and easy to attach around the seatbelt. I feel more secure knowing if there were a sudden stop, it would also provide additional protection for me. Itâs well made and has a zippered cover you can remove for washing. I recommend it for any after surgery procedures.
