Why there is no setting after inserting a SD card?
This is because the SD card is not recognized by the camera. You can use your computer to format the card into FAT 32 format, or try a new card.
How long can I use it on a single charge?
1-4months. The battery life depends on the times of the camera wakes up. If you use solar panel to charge battery camera, then it will save you hassle of taking it down and plug it into recharge.
Does Septekon wireless outdoor camera support RTSP/ONVIF/NVR/FTP?
Not support RTSP/ONVIF/NVR/FTP, only support SD card and cloud storage.

The camera works really well however the only thing I wish it had was a measurement on the distance and a few more settings options for the distance. The solar panel keeps the camera charged even overnight!

A good camera with self charging
Unfortunately, since we are firmly in the grip of winter, I was unable to test the solar charging or install this. So, my review is based on just having it run indoors.It works well enough in that application. The motion detection works, and causes it to record a clip. It works well enough in either light or dark conditions. It advertises colour at night, but that is assuming you have the white LEDs turn on, otherwise it uses red LEDs with much less power consumption and records in black and white in low light conditions. This is probably what I would recommend and what would work better in climates where length of sunlight is limited and you have concerns about battery life.The camera handles changes in lighting well enough. The app is not amazing or great, but it is adequate. I used it with just the onboard storage. I didn’t buy a cloud account. It took a little figuring to find out how to access recorded content, but it can be done remotely through the app which is my main interest in the app so it does what I need it to do. Additionally the app is needed to configure settings on the camera. If you didn’t want to install the app you would be limited to default behaviour and would have to remove the TF card to access the files. This could be done, but would be rather limiting.Overall, I think this is good value – the features seem to be good and the quality fair for the price. There are certainly higher end cameras out there, but usually with a price reflective of the added features and quality. For basic wireless camera needs, this is a good option.

I’m very impressed by the quality and overall performance of this solar-powered camera. I’ve had the opportunity to try out a number of these solar-powered security cameras, and this one perhaps is the best value of them all. At $60 (at the time of this review), it’s an excellent value for a security camera that’s easy to install, has great image quality, and also has solar-powered capabilities to make sure that you don’t have to worry about charging it!Overall, I can easily recommend this security camera for those who are looking for a great value and a reliable source of energy for their outdoor security camera.

They are easy to install and easy to set up. And the motion detection is really good and the quality is clear.
We’ve been using this “2K Security Cameras Wireless Outdoor, Solar Camera for Home Security, Battery Powered Camera with Two Spotlights, PIR Motion Detection Siren, Color Night Vision, 2-Way Audio, IP66, Black” by Septekon, in our back porch for a couple of months now to monitor our cats, who has access in and out between our kitchen and our screened-in porch, and to monitor our baby Soft Shell Aquatic Turtle in his aquarium, when we’re away for the day. And this security camera was easy to set up, and has been working great since day one. This gives us peace of mind each time we’re out of the house all day such as when we go out boating/fishing for the day, knowing that we can monitor our pets at any given time throughout the day. Definitely worth the asking price.I absolutely recommend this to others.
