I use this on myself. I love the smell it’s not overpowering like Vick’s and still seems to do the trick. Only downside is sometimes the stick gets stuck in the lid. Love the applicator – no messy fingers. Good for baby but good for adults too especially with allergies or sinus issues. Safe to use around the nose too unlike Vicks.

This is the best rub we have found! We now order it to use on the 2nd baby. It really helps with breathing when your all clogged up. We rub chest, back and feet. I love Shea Moisture products, I trust the ingredients and everything I have tried we love. So gentle on baby and works! We use this on my older kids and even my husband and I when sick.
I absolutely LOVE the product. My 2 year old has chronic lung disease and this has been a Godsend for her paired with some of my other essential oils. safe/natural enough to use every day! The smell is not strong at all, actual kind of a sweet mint. Super yummy. I love to cuddle with my little one when she’s rubbed down with this stuff. And I can testify that although the mint smell is not overpowering, it works amazing at opening up her airways. So let’s be clear, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PRODUCT!I’m taking two stars because of the packaging it came in. Come on Shea moisture! Part of the allureof your product is it’s beautiful, vibrant packaging. Do better please.
