I love the whole line of products this company has. This one in particular helped a lot with keeping a stuffy nose at bay. I had a terrible cold so of course passed it to the kids. This helped them avoid the excessively stuffed nose and they got better faster than me!

Works so well
I love to give this to my daughter when she struggling with her allergies as well as when she gets a head cold. This really helps to relieve some of the congestion if not all of the congestion naturally. Definitely a staple to have in your cupboard
