I can’t believe the amount of space this shoe rack has given us. I have a second rural vacation home and we don’t have a lot of storage yet so this was a great investment.Took me about 20min to set up, we have about 12 pairs of shoes on it with room for about 10-12 more. Depends on the shoe size. I can fit more of my shoes than my husband can per shelf. Top shelf is good for higher boots.It’s not overly sturdy, but sturdy enough, and while it’s not “pretty”, it’s nicer than piles of shoes sitting around. Would be great in a closet.Good value for price.

We were in desperate need for a shoe rack as we had purchased a cheap one from Superstore that was flimsy and had fallen apart a few times.There’s nothing more frustrating in a closet than a shoe rack that falls apart.The one we were using had one job – to hold shoes, yet even when it wasn’t falling apart, the shoes would just fall off constantly.We thought it was smart to save money – but after using this thing – spend the extra $5 and buy this one, it’s sturdy and it will eliminate stress.Pros:The size is awesome! 39 3/8″ x 11 1/8″ x 36 1/4″ (100 x 28 x 92 cm), and 6 ‘.We have a lot of shoes and as I said our last shoe rack did not live up to the job.We love that it has a flat racks vs the slanted racks on our old one.Our last rack had spacing in-between the bars and what a nightmare that was!We were not only surprised by the size but also by how sturdy it was!It will definitely live up to our standards and keep our shoes where they should be.My wife put it together and she said it was so easy and she loved that she didn’t need a single tool to do it.The water proof fabric tiers are great because living in Canada in those winter months your shoes are guaranteed to make a mess so the fact that we can wipe this down is great.Cons:The only real con we can see is that my wife has to lay her longer boots down sideways on the tier which takes up space we could use for a few more pairs of shoes.But this is not a big deal as the rack is so large it fit all the shoes we had in our closet!Overall:Overall we really love this shoe rack. I think the price is fair as I paid similar for my last shoe rack and it didn’t last the test of time.I think this is a great option for people who are frustrated with the mountain of shoes gathering in their closet and need a simple and easy solution.
Great product, with some disclaimers
Overall, it’s a great product and very versatile.Build quality:The construction is not bad and looks more high quality than the material it’s actually made of. I didn’t find any issues with build quality, outside of requiring some care when you are putting everything together. Because the joints are plastic, it is easy to break or split them if you apply too much force.The company included extra pieces of joints used to connect the shelves in the package, which was good because one of the ones we received was broken and then other came half melted.The materials used are very light which can be a good or bad thing. If you’re expecting this to hold very heavy boxes or anything outside of shoes, this will not be for you. If you’re just putting shoes on it, it will worth great. Just be aware that because of it’s light weight, you may need to anchor the shelf to something because it can fall over quite easily if pushed. Best place to put it might be a tall closet for that reason, so kids aren’t ramming into it.The material of the shelves that you put shoes on have a shiny sheet of waterproof plastic so that it prevents dirt/dust from gathering as well. I loved this feature.4/5Versatility:Excellent versatility. Easy to build, light weight so easy to move around, and also easy to take apart if you ever need to move.5/5Overall: great product, just be aware that it does exactly what it’s designed to do which is to hold shoes. Anything other than shoes and this will not be the right fit for you.
Great product, Lots of space, cheaper than buying several small ones
I purchased this in the beginning of 2017 for CAD $36.00 . So this review is after I use this product for three years.The most useful product I ever purchased from Amazon. it was a huge issue for me that shoes all over the house. I was looking for a storage for shoes. found this and ordered and arrived on time. Assembled it. Not very easy to assemble. You have to assemble very carefully. Don’t force any pieces to fit. do it gently. I made a row in the middle for taller boots. Until today it just stand still keeping all the shoes in one place. A very convenient piece of storage. 2 of the plastic joining pieces are cracked, the error not in the this product but human error. I would say this product is very reliable and durable. I would recommend this product to any family who has trouble with shoes.

We bought this shoe rack to declutter the front entrance.Assembly: 5/5Very easy and straight forward. It took two people under 10 minutes to set it up, but it can be done by one person. Package contents were neatly organized and no tools are needed except for your hands!Quality: 4/5We bought this knowing it was cheap and did not expect a top quality product. And for the most part, we were right; the plastic joints and metal poles are very cheap looking and the ‘racks’ the shoes rest on may be thin BUT also waterproof!Functionality: 5/5This product did exactly what is advertised: space saving! Most of the shoes from the front entry and closet are neatly resting on this rack out of sight which really opens and brightens the foyer! And moving it is easy as it is VERY lightweight (I would not move it with shoes on it).And it is modular meaning you don’t need to build it all the way to the top.This was going to be a temporary fix, and may still be, but is totally worth the money!

I had a shoe rack I had had for several years. It didn’t have anything but “rungs” that I had to balance my shoes on. If I put too much weight on it or pushed on it a little bit, shoes would fall between the rungs, and sometimes it would fall apart and have to be reassembled. One day I had had enough and went on Amazon to look for a better shoe rack! I found this one, and it looked good and had good reviews, so I ordered it.I am challenged in the do-it-yourself area, so I had a bit of a struggle assembling this. I started putting the pieces together and thought I was making good progress until I realized I was putting things together more or less backwards! So my husband and I pulled the pieces apart and he reassembled it with a little help from me.The rack is quite large, so be sure to measure the space where you plan to put it to make sure it will fit. I’ve seen other reviews that mentioned assembling 3 or 4 shelves and then another 3 or 4 shelves separately, and putting them in different places. However, I thought it was a more efficient use of the limited space in my house to assemble it with all 10 shelves together.The rack does hold about 50 pairs of shoes if you don’t have super-large feet. I wear a women’s size 9, and I have 40-some pairs of shoes on it with some room to spare. So far it’s holding up great, and it’s so wonderful to have my shoes organized and easily accessible! I would recommend this shoe rack to all the other Imelda Marcos wannabes of the world!
