These work great!I used it for storing left over melted chocolate – once it cooled down and hard – they popped right out and just needed a quick rinse!super easy to clean too and they stack great in a drawer and super study

Perfect for chicken stock
My husband loves making homemade chicken stock. We normally used glass bottles and store it in the fridge but read that homemade chicken stock should be eaten within a week. We normally kept it in the fridge for several weeks so I looked for new storage options and found these. Theyâre awesome! We now freeze the stock in these trays and pop them out when we need them. Itâs great to have the various sizes of trays because all you have to do it pick the size you need at the time youâre cooking and itâs already portioned for you. Highly recommend!

Perfect for meal prep and portion control. Seems to be good quality not that cheap flimsy silicone you find at the grocery store.
Perfect for everyday use
I am now freezing everything up to and including electrolyte water ice cubes and making 1/2 cup sizes to 1 cup for bigger water bottles for easy reach to cool my water in this hot summer. Freezing soups for elderly parent for easy reach and for myself for just a soup for a light or lazy day. Durable and practical and well made. Top fits well of plastic, body is strong silicone. Well done! Bought for gifts and my niece for her starter kitchen needs.
Great Product – would buy again, minor concern
You pay a little extra for this product but worth it. The silicon tray holds its shape while you move it to the refrigerator, unlike other silicone products. Would have been 5 stars, but my complaint is that it discolors and stains.

These Souper Cubes are a game-changer for meal prep! I use them to measure and freeze meal portions, then vacuum-seal the food for future use. They make portioning effortless, and itâs super easy to remove the frozen meals. Perfect for anyone looking to save time and stay organized in the kitchen!
These trays are labeled with measurements, are easy to fill, easy to stack, come clean in the dishwasher (top shelf), and have made my âfreezing gameâ much easier. I recommend that you make a note of what you froze in which tray. Then, when it is solidly frozen, remove it and store in a labeled freezer bag. I do not use these as storage containers, I use them to freeze and (later) label leftovers and meal prep items. My freezer is much more organized! Meal prepping is easier, and the measurements help me decide how many âservingsâ I have. These trays are definitely worth the money!
Cooking for one to 2 people is challenging and expensive because most recipes are geared for 4 – 6 servings. I love to try new recipes but ended up wasting food since I don’t like to repeat the same meal more than 2 days in a row. These Souper Cubes are a great solution provided you plan your meals ahead and have freezer space. The variety of sizes in the gift set is a great idea. Ideas for the two oz. size if you like herbed butter for your baked potato, squash or turkey baste you can soften the butter and make them ahead, label and freeze them until ready to use. Also, if you have pets with occasional digestive issues, fill the 2 oz size with pumpkin and freeze until needed. Also great measurement for making pumpkin spiced waffles or bread. The 1/2 cup is great for freezing single serve portions of green chili, sloppy joes or BBQ beef or chicken. The 1 cup container is probably my favorite Souper Cube when I make Bone Broth for soup stock, soups, spaghetti sauce and macaroni & cheese. I also use it to freeze ground meats for meatloaf or making my own dog food topper. The 2 cup size is great if you make your own ice cream or sorbet or for smaller portions of lasagna, spaghetti or beef stew. Maybe even quiche.

Theses Souper Cubes are a game changer/life changing in relation to kitchen work. These come in different sizes or in a complete set of different sizes 2T, half cup, 1 cup, 2 cup sizes. Great to make bulk cooking and freeze stews, cooked lentils, pulses beans, soups for mug sizes etc, freeze fresh shop bought herbs or homegrown herbs in the 2T spoon size trays in a little olive oil etc. By cooking in bulk even for one, two or larger families it saves energy on ovens, stove tops and freezer energy, as the mote full a freezer is the less energy it uses. Also, bulk cooking saves on cleaning and human energy! And good healthy homemade food is ready to to defrost, if you are not feeling up to cooking just reheating thereby saving on a possible takeaway. These are a little expensive but I have them for nearly a year and they are perfect. They have a sturdy wire rim to prevent spillage when moving them into the freezer. Quality is excellent. I would recommend to a friend. These are a win in my opinion.
