Missing Silicone Sleave
Products advertises 4 silicone sleeves and 4 cups, only received 3, Tried to get replacement, got send on a run around and told I must return the product and order again. Waste of time if your shipment is not complete. Product we did get is great though.Edit: Seller got in touch, and instead of return we arranged a partial refund. Great product. Kid loves to “drink” out of it, just removed one star because of the back and forth required. Otherwise great product, would recommend, and seller was super responsive when we finally got hold of them. Their auto chat bot in amazon is useless, you will have to email them directly.
Good quality
These are very high quality manufactured items, the stainless is not too thin, but still light weight, the rolled lip is absolutely not sharp, and mildly brushed finish keep fingerprints at the minimum. Delivered immediately, this was a surprising satisfying purchase for such a day to day item (use for bathroom use for guests).

This is small – 6 oz,.. exactly as it says. I saw a few negative reviews because of the size. They are exactly as described. Perfect for my kiddos and their friends. The outside of stainless steel can be cold and slippery from condensation. The silicone grips are perfect for little ones to hold onto the glass. They provide a barrier to the cold and also provide traction to decrease slipping. This means less spills and less mess!
