Shoes are 4-4.5 stars but customer service 1 star. They sent wrong size shoes
Iâve been buying shoes from Stonz directly from their website for years and have never had any issues. For what it is worth, weâve had the willow in sizes 6-12 and 12-18 and I would give the shoes 4-4.5 stars. But their customer service and quality control get 0-1 star.Ordered willow in 18-24 months. They sent me a shoe box labelled 18-24 months but the shoes inside were 12-18 months. We were sent the wrong size shoes. I dislike leaving negative reviews but the customer service from STONZ on Amazon is poor. I left feedback for them over the weekend and they never bothered replying. I waited until today to leave a review hoping to give them the benefit of thinking well of them. Seems like they only care about quality control if you order directly from their website. Hence I am leaving this review, very disappointed with customer service and attention to detail. Itâs sloppy sending the wrong size shoe and not getting in touch with a customer when they provide you with feedback.
