Amazing float!
Super sturdy! Love the UV tent. Used it all summer long to give my arms a break from holding baby in the pool. Love that he was still able to splash and play in the water while totally protected.

As an overall product this seems like a decent item – however the one I received smells quite stronglyOf chlorine, like a bathing suit after swimming in a pool. I have not used it in a pool, just opened it! Where itâs a floatie for my little one the prospect that it could be used makes me a bit wary as I want to make sure itâs in tip top shape.. other than that, the construction seems quite good.
The valve in the outer ring is loose
The outer valve just was loose and no way to deflate the tube after. The tube also filled up water and it wasnât easy to get rid of it. This Iâm assuming is because the outer valve wasnât glued properly into the tube, in the piece I received. Came off in the first use. Such bad experience.Tried reaching out to the customer service at SpinMaster two times on the phone and after waiting 5 mins I spoke to someone who says theyâll be emailing me steps to fix. Will update.
Leaked
This works really well the first few times but eventually the valve was defective and wouldnât keep air in as we tried to blow it up. So as we finished adding air, it would partially deflate while we put in the stopper.
I ordered this super last minute for our trip to PR, and honestly it really surprised us how good it was and how much sun it covers, love that it comes in a carrying case made it super easy to pack. it was also very easy to blow up. and the cute toys it comes with are definitely a plus.
This has been a great product for our pools swims. It’s easy to inflate/deflate and fold up to carry in the included case.Our little guy still fits in it well at 15 months and the overhead canopy adds a nice extra layer of protection from the sun. I liked this one too as the canopy is spf rated and a little thicker to keep the sun away and supplement sunscreen protection.We had a little issue with the little deflate button in one of the tube sections but the manufacturer was great with offering us a replacement.
We had a Swimways baby float before – lasted for years! – and needed a new one for the latest grandchild. The simpler float without toys etc. wouldnât have arrived when needed, so we ordered this fancier model. Itâs very nice! Good sun protection, stable and the quality we expect from Swimways. Donât really need the toys but we scored as doting grandparents getting a fancy float!
We werenât sent the one in the photo which is the one they had at Costco with the covered back canopy and thicker mesh seat. Returned this one and got it at Costco. Other than that, I recommend this floaty. Some people say it flips but thatâs not been our experience with our 12 month old.
This is very light weight, easy to assemble, and packs away very conveniently. Our 10 month old love it. Provided great shade.
