We just purchased the 3 drawer nightstand / end-table for our place. We were looking for something to store our items that never really had a home. We’re glad we made the purchase.Pros- Easy to assemble – it took about 15 minutes with a drill- Light-weight – for furniture, this unit is surprisingly light but also hold a significant amount of weight- The drawers are easy to access – this may be an unpopular opinion, but I love the fact that the unit does not have traditional drawers. They are easily removable and can easily be put back in. It makes it way easier to rummage through these drawers vs. traditional drawers- We love the colour as it is timeless and will carry us through the life of the drawersCons:- This should last us at least 5 years but will likely not last 10. It’s not built as a forever unitWe’re quite happy with the purchase. The price is right for the quality and size of the unit. Would recommend it.
Great addition to our home!
We received this nightstand a week ago. It originally caught our eye as we really liked the grey upholstered look (which matches with some of the other furniture in our room). The product shipped quickly and came exactly when expected. It was well-packed and assembly was easy. The unit is smartly-constructed and sturdy. It doesn’t move around a lot (which, with kids, is a big plus!) The drawers are easy to take in and out, which the wider handles make it easier to do. We put this in one of the kids’ bedrooms as storage…it easily fits in books, some small toys, and all of the other stuff that kids inevitably want to keep. The best part is that the drawers are lightweight and we can easily take them out, plop them on the bed, and sort through all the stuff inside. It’s versatile enough that we’re thinking about getting a second one for the closet to store some overflow clothes and things from the dresser.We’re really happy with this buy – it’s stylish and super-practical. Highly recommended!
Great little end table
We recently purchased the 2 drawer with shelf unit to use as an end table. The piece is stylish, lightweight but sturdy & the drawers are very roomy. It was perfect for our needs & also very easy to assemble using the tool provided.Unfortunately one of the screw holes on the lower shelf didnt quite line up with the bar.I notice a few recent, unhappy reviewers had similar issues & wonder if they reached out to the company?We emailed them to inquire about a replacement piece & they responded in under 15 mins. Noting they had a team member in our area, they offered to hand deliver a replacement piece the next day. Regrettably that didnt work out, so they went ahead & sent an entire new unit, which arrived 2 days later.A little inconvenient? Perhaps, but we all understand that mistakes happen & the folks at Friendly Storage Solutions endeavoured to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Excellent customer service that, to us, was all the more impressive since it happened over 3 days between Christmas & New Year when many slow down to enjoy the break.We’re still happy with our choice to shop this range & would do so again.
Most useful dresser if you own a apartment!
I recently purchased the 2 Drawer Nightstand with Shelf, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way! This bedside table not only looks fantastic in my bedroom but also offers incredible functionality.First and foremost, the design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly with my bedroom decor. The two drawers are spacious and glide smoothly, providing ample storage for all my bedtime essentials. The added shelf is a bonus, allowing me to keep a book or decorative items within easy reach.The quality of this nightstand is outstanding. It feels sturdy and well-made, promising years of use. Assembly was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions provided.
Not the best but good value
Itâs easy to build but it still took me like 30 minutes. It seems sturdy enough and for the price itâs definitely worth it.The only drawback is closing the drawers. Itâs pretty difficult depending on whatâs inside. Actually, even if itâs empty itâs still a little hard to operate.Maybe I donât have the trick to it yet though.Itâs also not as big as I thought but I like it.Oh I have to mention the weight of this thing. Itâs very light. I can easily pick it up and place it elsewhere for easy cleaning or whatever. I do love this thing. Itâs helped me declutter my room and it looks stylish. But opening and closing the drawers is a pain…if your budget is higher, Iâd recommend a wooden dresser instead. For the value though, itâs definitely worth it.
Value for money
Great organizer overall, very sturdy for a fabric drawer. Easy to assemble but some parts donât exactly make sense.When we were assembling it, the âXâ part that should go at the back of the unit to hold the two sides together didnât fit well. We requested a replacement of that piece but instead the company sent us an entire new unit. The second unit had exactly the same problem so we ended up having two of them without the âXâ pieces at the back. It still holds well even without it and the customer service is top notch so Iâm very happy with this product!

Fixing sturdiness issues
This product was really simple to assemble. I was impressed with the easy to read instructions. The overall product is great but the sturdiness not so much. The drawers get a little stuck on the metal bars so be careful when pulling out. The top is strong the MDF board can withstand a little weight. Maybe the manufacturer can add an MDF to the back of the product instead of the two seems like metal rods. But for the purpose I bought it for it is doing its job.
