Dim night lite. Bright flashlight
Works very well as a flashlight and as a dim night light. The flashlight comes on when there is a power failure.If the power fails while you’re sleeping the flashlight is not so bright as to wake you up. The yellow night lightis quite dim but bright enough to give a subtle illumination to see the room when waking up in the middle of the night. Just right in my opinion. Glad I bought this because it is what I was looking for.
Not as good as the old model
I really like this night light and have used them for years. One just stopped working so I ordered the same one. The problem is the yellow light at the bottom. Previously it was white and would give just enough light to go to the washroom at nite. Now the yellow light is not sufficient and I will need to return them as not useful. That said my previous one has always worked well. The flashlights on the little things are amazing when the power goes out.
Emergency FlashLight & night light works just as described
Great product, the little (night light) gives a soft light I wish it was a bit brighter but it works ok, it turns on automatically as the room gets dark; when the power goes out, the flashlight turns on automatically which is perfect to keep kids calm and know exactly where your flashlight is… Love it… will order more

Compact and light but low illumination on standby setting
This is a decent night light/flashlight combination. The flashlight setting is pretty good but the amber standby light is not really bright enough to guide your way in the dark unless you are immediately beside it.
Does not have 7-9 hours battery lifeâ¦.
I got these because my daughter is scared of the dark and we have a lot of wind storms in our area, tonight the power went out at around 10pm and I went in to make sure her light was on and it was. It is now 2am and she just started screaming at the top of her lungs and I went out and it was black in her room. It had gone out already. Just a tiniest glow. Another product in my sons room is still bright as can be so Iâm off to buy another one of those ones and trash these. Iâm very disappointed.
solid unit, but bottom light is quite dim
Works well, but the bottom light is more of a useless glow than a nightlight … the little emergency flashlight works well though.
Bought it, but the flashlight part is really weak: you need a flashlight, this will not do if your electricity fails.
