Doesn’t work. Won’t stay paired. Keeps dropping connection and beeping even when less than 10 feet apart. Also, beware that these do not come with batteries.
Wish it was better, but it suits my needs
I needed a sound monitor that had both parent and baby units battery operated as we lose power often.For this purpose, it does the job.Complaints though:1) it doesn’t come with batteries. It said it did, so I bought 1 extra set of rechargeable batteries thinking I’d be able to use them in both parts. But it doesn’t. So I have to get a second set. Not a huge deal, but don’t advertise they come woth batteries when they don’t.2) the sound doesn’t stay on. It comes back when baby starts making noises, but there’s no option to have continous sound. Which is good to save battery, but also is a bit anxiety inducing to not have the option to hear all the time to ensure the monitor is still on etc.3) the sound isn’t great. Not the best quality/sensitivity.I wish it weren’t the case, but I use this as a secondary monitor (again, power goes put frequently and I never know when) so I have 2 monitors in the baby room, a vtech one and this one. Wish I could use just this one but honestly I don’t trust it a whole lot to be a sole monitor.
Baby Monitor Not As Functional as Advertised
The monitor that is to be kept in the baby’s room does not keep its charge for long periods, despite being charged overnight. We have even used rechargeable batteries which we purchased ourselves as none were included in the package. Please note that the safety instructions #8 from your manual says “only use the included rechargeable batteries.” This means you to have to go to the babyâs room frequently to check on the baby as the monitors are not staying paired. This totally defeats the purpose of the monitors as the monitors are not staying paired. The baby monitor keeps dropping connection and beeping even when less than 10 feet apart. Would not recommend purchasing this again.

Missing batteries
Missing the rechargeable batteries. Tried regular batteries and keeping it plugged in but it died after a short period of time. Donât want to go out and buy my own batteries so returned it. Why not just make it a plug in or battery only? Why both?
Sounds does not remain on
The sound does not remain on so you cannot hear anything. Defeats the purpose. You can press the volume bottom to hear for about 15 seconds.
this product works great.
I bought these for my new-parent friend. She told me the baby monitors are a huge help to her daily/nightly routine, and her daughter totally loves the productâs panda design! The only thing she wished for a slight improvement is packaging – maybe the manufacturer could add a piece of tape or something at the opening to reinforce the box and avoid products from falling out.
Love the built in nite lite
This monitor works great! Would have given 5 stars but the manual stated batteries included in the box but there was no batteries. It did come with the charging cords but they are no good without the batteries.
First, they are not rechargeable. You have to get your own rechargeable batteries. I got some, charged them and installed them. Turned it on, the lights turned green, so I thought everything was good. Later, I realized that my baby was crying, but the sound wasn’t coming through thr monitor. I made sure the volume was up, but still couldn’t hear her. I had my older son talk directly into the baby monitor and I could hear him, but couldn’t hear my baby crying who was laying only a couple feet from the monitor.
