I did read the negative reviews but I thought they were probably a one off thing. I tried and requested a refund the day I got it. It’s amazing in theory but, like most people said, the buttons are faulty. Sometimes it would show a particular option and sometimes it would just be stuck on one mode. Major hassle

When I first bought this item it worked well. It has a really small steamer basket so if you have to blend thicker food you can only do about 1 oz at a time. Which is hard when now my baby can eat 4 oz of thick food but I have to steam multiple baskets of the food before I get the amount I want. Also, Now that Iâve been using it for about 3 months it has trouble blending things up, like the motor is getting weak or the blades arenât sharp anymore.
I disliked the fact that the lid of the container no matter how much you scrub, the stains do not come off, but it is a huge time saver and super easy to make healthy food for babies
I read some of the reviews to this product before purchasing. Some were good and some were bad! I went ahead & ordered anyways smh! I was so hopeful to use this. I literally used it one time to steam & then blend! This steams perfectly fine! However the button for the steam & blend option is the same button you press but, when you try to press the button to blend it doesnât, it just steams over & over ! How annoying!!!! Definitely a malfunction in the production of this product.
