I put black dots on white
I only had it two days so canât speak its reliability but seems fine. I usually mess around with it in the evening in the long winter nights while watching TV with a medium end table lampâ¦the yellow and white look identical, so I put dots on the white with a black sharpie.

It might not be related, but every woman within a 16 mile radius stares at me when I pick up this Rubikâs cube. It turns on a dime, smooth like butter. The lucious colors on each face make it incredibly easy to decipher which side is which. When I hold this cube, I feel as if I am back in Taiwan, sitting on a wooden chair, overlooking the mountain and beautiful scenery in Jiu Fen. This Rubikâs cube is a must get.
Good cube, not many downsides
Smooth fast turns. The corners can flip. Pieces sometimes interlock with each other when you are doing a speed solve because the circular centers do not move and so the square pieces slow down which can harm your speed solve.

Decent beginner Rubik’s cube, and very affordable. I grabbed 2, as my kids had shown some interest while at a friend’s house. The instruction booklet that comes with the cube is…. Ok. It explains some basic strategy to solve the cube, but does it in a manner more suited to adults than children. The cube is also.. ok. I imagine the sweet spot would be to find a cube that moves easily, but has a satisfying and deliberate feel to those movements. This cube moves easily, but that’s in major part to the pieces being very loose, and overall very lightweight. For the price it’s fine, but I bet a better option exists.
