SLOW ABSORPTION, PUDDLES AND RUNS, Better after washing
I have small dogs of various ages that were pad trained and only want to go outside in nice weather, so for my sanity sake peepads are the solution. Until I saw these, all my pads have dots and prints on them which make it difficult to see what is on them in order to pick it up. So I liked these in the grey for a balance of seeing whatâs there without concern that stains may show after the wash, yet blend with the decor somewhat. Unfortunately, the colour is a dull navy, not grey, so decor issues continue.The dogs use them with no hesitation, as they can with anything new. I can clearly see that a pee has been deposited because most often it is sitting on top of the pad, and carefully picking up one side of it allows the puddle to run like a stream. It seems the absorbency is very low.If this was happening on a personâs bed or couch it would be very uncomfortable as it takes hours for the top layer to dry out. I have checked several times to make sure I have them right side up, and I do. These are waterproof, but thatâs only whatever goes through the top layer. Leaks and spills and runs over the edges are very likely, depending on the situation.I have bought more because the price is better than most dog pads, which are hard to find without the ridiculous spots, and I can just remove them when they are wetted to a large degree.I would not recommend these beds, chairs, car seats or couches because the person is pretty much guaranteed to get wet, and the thing they are on is very likely to get wet too.I recently purchased the white and they are better right off the start for absorption. No puddles or runs. I may get more in white.

I bought this Utopia Bedding Waterproof Incontinence Pads Quilted Washable & Absorbent Bed Pad to put on my bed for my terminal ill Kitty because I thought this would be more comfortable for her and it was, exactly as it described. I will recommend this to anyone.
I love this product. It has been a lifesaver for us. I bought these to use for my aging dog to help with her accidents, and they have been well worth it! They are cheaper than buying disposable pee pads, and they are a great size for us. The absorbency of these are remarkable, as they will not leak when soiled but wash and dry so well in standard machines. You do have to make sure you tuck in the sides and kind of make a burrito with the white stitching facing out when washing to ensure the best clean. I bought these two years ago and have washed them too many times to count, but they have held up amazingly well! While there is finally some wear on the surface of two of the pads, like minor pilling, but it’s hardly noticeable. I just bought a second pack so we can put them down in more places for her to make it easier on her (and us). If you didn’t know it was a pee pad, you would assume it was just a dog blanket/lightweight sleeping pad.These have also been used during potty training to help cut down on the middle of the night sheet washing. Because they are fabric, there is no crinkling sound like other pads. They are discreet enough that I would feel comfortable using these for someone with incontinence, either in a bed, armchair, or wheelchair. For the kids’ beds, we layered a bottom sheet, one of these pads, then another bottom sheet, so it wouldn’t move as they tossed about in bed, and it made bed changes so quick and easy.
La protección hacia el colchón es muy buena, el único problema es que no tienen antiderrapante en la parte trasera y se mueven mucho a la hora de moverse mientras duermes y puede terminar hecho una bola o muy arrugado.
