Says 3+ but more like 5+. Takes quite a bit of finger strength to move the balls around. Found it in a search for pop it’s so expected the colored areas to be a rubber like material. It is all solid plastic with a foam ball in the centre for resistance.

An interesting thing of course, but apparently for older children. My 5 year old child didn’t like it.
My son loves this puzzle ball. It keeps him entertained, easy to solve. Seems durable and design and size is perfect for small hands
