Great for builders
This is great for builders. It recommends 15+ but is a little young looking for that age. My nephew built it and he is 10, he loved it and put it up in his room. He wished there were more boy designs, but otherwise was super happy with it. Only took him one evening. Said it was made really well and he loved the pieces were strong and hard to take apart once together.
Fun way to spend a few hours
I ordered the Vinbosion Fairytale Building Blocks Set to enjoy some quality time building with my grandchildren. The set arrived in a beautifully designed package, complete with a sea backdrop that perfectly showcases the finished build. Itâs a delightful touch that adds to the overall experience.The blocks are nicely organized into two bags, each dedicated to a specific part of the build. This organization makes the process straightforward and manageable, even for younger builders. The instructions are clear and user-friendly, relying mainly on photos to guide the construction, much like other building block models weâre familiar with.Assembling the set was fairly easy, and it turned out to be an excellent opportunity to teach my grandchildren how to build and follow instructions. The Vinbosion set not only provided us with hours of entertainment but also became a valuable educational tool, fostering their creativity and problem-solving skills.
What an awesome model! It shows a beautiful tableau of a story coming to 3D life, bursting out of a fancy fairytale book. Such a clever idea and it’s executed well.Be forewarned, these use the mini blocks not the full sized blocks. They are the “standard” mini blocks though so they’ll work with other mini block building kits and pieces.For difficulty I’d say this is at a moderate level of difficulty, mostly because of those mini blocks and how intricate this model is. But once it’s done it looks so great.
This was so much fun for my husband and kiddo to build. This took them a few days with lots or breaks. There was nothing missing from the box and the directions were very clear and easy to follow. Once built, they used lego people and played with teh rollercoatser all week. This was easy to store on a shelf to take donw when tehy want to play with it.
This is excellent. The quality of the pieces is very good, the instruction are great and with enough time it’s quite something once built.The Drop Tower set i ordered isn’t a straight forward build for younger children and would be better suited to child + adult or an older child who is really into block building. The only thing puzzling for me is why is it called Shark Drop, it’s a whale at the top of the ride not a shark?An excellent set and it’s a rewarding build for beginners provided they’re given some help.

The book part constantly falls apart when youâre working other parts of it or trying to the two book sides together. Had to used quite a bit of super glue to keep it together. Also itâs not the most durable set. The sides of the book donât connect to spine entirely, and remains very loose. Also some pieces were scratched. Normally I wouldnât care about it, but since there pieces seemed spray painted, the metallic gold of the color was lifting and the printed on design was scratched off as well. Although itâs the spine of the book, and wonât be seen as much, it still bothers me. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to read.Iâm big on presentation. So when the box was not only dented but broken in the corner I was upset, especially since this was a gift for my niece. I could understand if the outside box was dented as well, but it was in fine. So that means they sent it already looking like that. Which makes me think they either packed it in a hurry or they donât really care about their products.
We got this building block set for our kids and they’ve been having a great time! The set is huge and comes with so many pieces. The ocean world theme is really cool too. Would definitely recommend. Also makes nice gift for birthday or xmas
