Night vision is terrible with white furniture & pixelated
Have had this monitor for less than a year and the night vision is terrible enough when there is white furniture in the cameras view that we cannot make out the baby in the crib. We have to adjust the camera to not have the white dresser in view and then the screen adjusts. The image is also always pixelated at night.Not to mention every little thing sets off the notification regardless of sensitivity. Outside the large screen, Would not recommend.

Camrera quality is quite poor, expected it to be better and takes time to focus. Music and sounds are quite loud, would prefer a lower level for sound.Camera now disconnects and won’t reconnect. Have contacted customer service but no response. Broken after one year.

Have been using this unit for 9 months and constantly have connection issues. Always at the worst time.

Only lasted us a year (first time parents, so not sure if thatâs a âlong timeâ). Eventually, the camera only recorded during certain times of the day, and then disconnected and never could reconnect. The only good thing are the size of the parent unit and that you can remotely move where the camera is facing. But constant connection issues (sometimes pixelated all night) or takes forever to connect to the camera with the app. And not to mention that I emailed their customer support a week ago, and still havenât heard from them. Not good.
