Save your money, time and aggravation
Went through 3 of these. Day one would work perfectly fine, then by next day one of the cameras would drop and no longer connect. Coincidentally it was always camera 1 so I thought maybe it was a setting that I was messing up. Called vetch support who confirmed it was a defective camera. This leads me to believe that all 3 times it had a defective cameras. Very frustrating as the first 2 purchases were through retail and last one was through Amazon. Waited almost 2 weeks for this last one and now I have to return it again. By the time I find one that might actually work, my baby will be all grown up and no longer need to be monitored. Staying away from vtech moving forward. Would give zero stars if it was allowed.

Night vision died after 6 months of use
I’ve had this monitor for 2 years. I was ready to handle the connection issues.I had some at the beginning but I haven’t had any for a year at least. I think it’s ice it’s plugged in 100% of the time.The battery are dead, took less than a month for it not to handle being disconnected to the power supply for more than 30s’The night vision stopped working on both cameras. They now make a clikety when I try to turn it on, it’s the real problem imo.

Poor Signal & Monitor Lacks Durability
We have been using this monitor for 6 months now. When it works, it works great, the signal can stretch far. However, many nights the connection signal has failed (even though our bedroom is directly beside our daughters).Additionally multiple things on the monitor have broken throughout the last few months. The antenna has broke, as well as the clip that permits the monitor to sit upright.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Worked for two months, then would no longer connect to the baby unit. The baby unit had a constant orange glow. After being advised to do a factory reset, it still would not connect. IWas told I would get a waybill to send it back under warranty but they wouldn’t send me a new one until they received the defective one. I sent them my info and nothing. Haven’t heard back in weeks and need a baby monitor desperately. PLEASE DONT buy a VTECH, I’ve had two monitors by them and they break so quickly. This company has terrible customer service as well. Looks like I’m out $200.

We got this to keep an eye on my wife’s mother who has dementia when we can’t be in the room with her. Easy set up, works great for over a year now, app on phone works when you’re not near the monitor.

I tried too many cameras. And mor expensive than this and return it but this was the best and I am have four from it, easy to use and to connect to WiFi ,clear vision and you can use both Wi-Fi and remote same time for remote it cover a good range comparing to another camera I tried before

ما تشبك على النت و المونيتور جدا ضعيف يفصل من مسافات ليست بعيدة ، الرؤية غير واضحة اذا كان المونيتور بعيد عن الكاميرا مسافة ١٣ متر مثلا ، مع انه الوصف يقول انه الشبكة قوية و ممكن يوصل لادوار مختلفة ، انا في شقة متوسطة واحد دور و المونيتور يفصل كل شوية و لازم يكون قريب جدا جدا من الكاميرا
