Great Product
I purchased this system to monitor my 95-year-old mother. I wanted a two-way audio and video system (not Wi-fi), at least two cameras, a large viewing color screen, and portability; this V-Tech monitor had them all. I can watch her no matter where I am, including my backyard, without losing the signal. When I need a boost in the range, I simply raise the antenna (which is tucked away perfectly on the top/back of the unit).I recently contacted Customer Support and the service I received was professional and the matter was addressed without hesitation immediately.As with all VTech products, the quality and design of this system is excellent— I highly recommend it.

Okay camera
Would be nice if there was a hole so you can put on any tripod! But its not

Broken after less than 1.5 years
Purchased in 2023 and the parent unit no longer works unless it is plugged in to the wall. VTech customer service is no help. I don’t recommend this monitor as it didn’t last as long as it should.

Works great but needs wider image
Camera is way too zoomed in on both settings and needs to be placed a great distance away. Even on the ceiling cannot get full crib coverage. Otherwise works great

Very sensitive to sound which I love and totally worth the price. It’s cheap and it’s exactly when I was looking for. I just wanted to listen for sound. Did I mention the battery life on the parent side. I love being able to take it anywhere around the house and even outside the front or back yard. You can’t leave with it like down the road but it’s nice if you’re sitting outside and want to listen for the baby. The size is great and it can clip on your pants like a walkie talkie. It’s easy to use and you can adjust the value to preference. I can have low or up high so I can hear while I’m sleeping. Connection is crazy for the price, super convenient. 10/10 recommendations

リビングにあるオートロック対応モニタ付きインターホンの音が寝室にいると聞こえづらく、宅配便等が来ても気づかないことが多かったため購入。本体は大きいかと思ったら手のひらサイズでちょうどよいです！集音の感度もとても良く、ベビー用モニターはリビングと寝室の中間地点である洗面所にフックで吊るし、寝室に親用モニターを置いてますが、ドアを閉じていてもインターホンの音がきちんと聞こえました、文句なしに最高！使わない時は電源OFFにしています。海外製だったので日本国内(A-type,100V,東日本50Hz)で使えるか心配でしたが、そのまま使えます！・付属電源アダプターはA-type（2ピン）　→日本のアウトレットにもサイズぴったり合いました。・電源アダプター：INPUT 100V-120V-60Hz対応　→東日本は50Hzですが、ラジオ・テレビ等の電気製品の場合は60Hz製品をそのまま使ってOKです。　（東京電力TEPCOサイトで確認）親用モニターは充電式リチウム電池が付属しておりワイヤレス対応ですが、置くことが多ければ電源アダプター接続をおすすめします。（ちなみに付属のリチウム電池は日本のコードレスフォンに使われているものと形が一緒でした）ベビー用モニターは電池対応していません、付属アダプターのみ可能です。最後に、日本国内への発送に慣れているshopLA!さんを信頼してこの商品を買ってよかったです、いつも丁寧に対応してくださってありがとうございます！
