Worked well
I bought this product to eliminate the smell in my insulated water bottle. It worked well! After reading the comments, I decided to use 3 tablets in the bottle with hot water from the faucet, then I closed and shook. Next morning, shook bottle and emptied it. Then rinced well with warm water. It was that easy and no more old mold smell. The tablets are small but they pack a punch!
Does exactly what it says
The cleaner tablets do exactly what is being advertised, they clean your water, coffee or tea bottles in a way that regular dish soap can’t. I have a 4 year old Yeti coffee mug. As a daily coffee drinker, the mug has seen it’s fair share of use and naturally, coffee over time left a residue inside that I couldn’t get rid off, no matter how diligently i scrubbed and cleaned. Used the tablets and voila, good as new.Had to do it twice (used 4 tablets in total), but given the state the mug was in, it didn’t come as a surprise.The outcome however did. Very cool product.
I thought it was a regular format
I used to buy this kind of product before and was happy that there was a newcomer in this area. I bought and tried it, it does the job, but getting a big pack as I did, I thought it would last me a while, but the instruction advise you to use more that one most of the time, meaning that they are lasting not quite as long as I hoped they would. But nonetheless, the product works good, mixing it with a great kit of brushes, keeps the hydrapack clean and without bad taste
Stubborn stains require more than 1 tablet.
Took 6 tablets to remove tea stains out of Yeti mug.

Tiny
Lol, it’s such a tiny bottle. From the pic I expected a tub with alka seltzer sized tablets .. but no, it’s slightly larger than one of those old school lip balm pots with smallish tablets. Works extremely well … got all the well water stains out of my well used stainless steel (lol, irony) tank of a water bottle. Even got our electric kettle reasonably clean. Great product.
Waste of money
So I did what the package told me. Didnât work so I used 4, not 1 and used boiled water not just hot tap water. Came out better. But that means I can only do this 5 more times. Compared to others and they only use 1 tablet. It did work, just need hotter water and use more tablets then recommended.

These remove a lot of the hassle from the process of cleaning my backpack’s water bladder.
I have a horrible habit of waiting several days to clean our water bladders after getting back from a long hike. In turn, they get funky much quicker than normally.My son was complaining that his water tasted âfunny.â I tried it and agreed it tasted really nasty, kinda like sulfur water.. Got home from our hike and eventually cleaned out the water bladders (fashionably several days later) to discover his was slimy inside! Yuck! After scrubbing it with a brush and hot water, the slime still wasnât budging. So I threw 2 tablets in it with some hot water, swished it around until the tablets were dissolved, and let it sit while doing bedtime with the kids. It sat for probably about an hour (you donât have to wait that long, itâs just what worked for my schedule.) After emptying the water, the slime was all gone!!! I thoroughly rinsed it with warm water a few times, filled it with fresh water, and replaced the tube to try it. Tasted like the first few uses! There was no funky taste from the tablets or residue left behind.
Typically I would use bleach to clean my reservoirs, but it is fairly powerful and leaves an aftertaste if you aren’t very careful. These have no such problem – one or two tabs, leave it overnight, takes care of everything for you. Gets rid of the biofilm that may have built up over months of storage, helps ensure that even after you’ve used your cleaning kit to get rid of visible buildup, you don’t have other harmful organic particles floating around in there.You can still use chlorine bleach on particularly tough cases, but one or two of these per year will do the trick on anything you usually use.Wouldn’t recommend using this to preserve water, though – they are a bit too strong for that. I use Katadyn Micropur MP1 tabs (ASIN: B000H3DNF4) for that purpose.
They are not for drinking! They clean the water camel I have.
Hydration bladder still had the table smell to it after several rinsing and scrubbings. I eventually tossed the bladder and bought a new one.
