I sprained my foot terribly while out for a walk last night. I immediately used the Weleda Arnica for bumps and bruises. I could not walk on my foot at all and expected the bruise to be horrendous by the following morning. On waking, the bruise wasnât too bad (photo) but still thought I needed to go to A and E. Iâve been using the cream all day and taking Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. By late afternoon the bruise is contained and I can do some light walking with one crutch. No need to go to A and E. Absolutely wonderful product.
This ointment is very effective in healing bruises. I have found if it is applied soon after an injury often it prevents bruising. I highly recommend it.
Good product and effective
I bought this in Europe a few years ago. The ointment works so much better than the gel we get here in the US. This ointment helps my bruises heal much faster.
Not what I wanted…says Arnica ointment but box is for bumps and bruises. I found no pain relief from using it as my massage therapist instructed.
