Description
The wellworks infrared thermometer with large LED display features 3 modes to help protect the entire family. It toggles easily between C degree and F degree and provides instant and accurate 1 second readings in either forehead mode, ear mode or object mode. To use in forehead mode, ensure the probe cover is on and scan foreheads from 1-6cm. This mode also allows for scanning objects such as food or bath water. To use in ear mode, simply remove the probe and insert into the ear comfortably. To alert users of a normal, high or very-high temperature, in addition to the LED display, the thermometer also has a “fever alarm” As follows: normal: 32.0℃ (89.6 ℉) ≤ t ≤ 37.4℃ (99.3 ℉) – Will hear 1 “beep” High: 37.5℃ (99.5 ℉) ≤ t ≤ 38.5℃ (101.3 ℉) – Will hear 2 “beeps” Very high: 38.6℃ (101.5 ℉) ≤ t ≤ 42.9℃ (109.2 ℉) – Will hear 4 “beeps”.

Ear option is the most accurate
I prefer to use this thermometer without the cap using the ear option. I like this thermometer very much. I also bought one for a family member.
NOT ACCURATE!
Donât make the same mistake I did and waste your money, wish I was able to return unfortunately I canât. This thermometer averages a 2-3 degree difference from other thermometers. Save your money and buy a more accurate thermometer. Thought I would save money and buy this one, end up spending more money as I had to go buy another one.The picture is my thermometer on the left and my daycare providers on the right (yes I am aware they are in different units, if you convert the 36C to F itâs 96). I felt like an idiot my daycare provider would say my little guy has a fever and I would check again after bringing him home only to find out he wasnât⦠only because my thermometer wasnât accurate. I sent the thermometer to daycare for comparison purposes, it was test against a Brain forehead and eat thermometer- each it was off by 2-3 degrees.
Quick and accurate.
Simple and quick to use literally takes one to two seconds to get the reading off of the forehead and the Sleek design makes it really nice as well.
Works best for kids
Definitely better than the one I bought locally as the response time on this one is fast and suitable for kids.
Useless product
Doesnât works well, hard to check temperature accurately, donât buy this. You can buy regular digital thermometer. It is waste of money

Did not work from new
Bought this as a gift for a baby shower in may and the lady I bought for did not open until it was needed, (august). The screen did not work and now it is out of replacement window for a working one. Disappointing. If the seller exchanges with a working unit I will gladly change my review.
