He’s smallish in person, but the measurements given are accurate.I saw a review that stated the fur on their panda was not the same as pictured, scruffy.My panda has the scruffy fur and a “I just woke up” look. I think it’s adorable! I’m getting another

It’s a lovely cuddly Panda and my great grand daughter will be delighted. I m not so delighted with your delivery. First of all it always says handed to the resident (me) when it never is. It’s left on the front doorstep and, as I am unable to walk very fast and the drivers disappear very quickly. I find it difficult to try to hook the parcel in with my walking stick and am afraid of losing my balance and falling in the process. I would like it to be placed almost leaning on the door but your driver might lose app. 10 seconds of his time if he continues to do this. If you insist on carrying on in this way and leaving it out of my reach then I will make a complaint. Please reply to this. The five stars are for the seller as it is a lovely toy and very good quality, and only wish there were stars to fill in for the delivery. I do my food shopping online and it is brought inside the front door, and so perhaps you could give me some seconds which I’m sure you wouldn’t miss.
