I took up knitting again before the pandemic because one of my granddaughters wanted to learn, and it has kept me sane ever since. This yarn is absolutely luxurious and perfect for knitting garments for children as it isn’t even remotely scratchy. It’s light but very warm, and the colors are beautiful. It always arrives within a day or two at the most which is very handy if you’re running out near the end of a project.
I have used this yarn for weaving and knitting. I wasn’t crazy about the texture in weaving but it was strong enough to warp a loom. I don’t necessarily say the texture with my weaving project was the yarn (I am a rank beginner and the texture PROBABLY had more to with my inexperience than the quality of the yarn). In a knitted scarf the quality is excellent. I think it will fuzz up some with wear, but I think it will enhance the scarf. If you want very clean stitches, this may not be the best choice.
So luxuriously soft. This makes it a little technically challenging to knit with my arthritic hands, but worth the trouble.
Soft and knot-free. Good to work with and quite stron.
This yarn feels lovely and is a breeze to knit with. I’ve made a baby blanket and hats with this yarn. Gives good definition.
