These are just ok
I have these in several spots for childproofing and I find them to be very hot or miss. They are somewhat fragile and when they fail a small metal spring comes flying out. Dangerous if your baby manages to break it themselves. Some of them have had no issues and others have broken after a day.
Doesnât stick well on porcelain
Doesnât work well on toilets. Fell off after just a few weeks. Easy to install, but hard to readjust length because the clip for adjusting the length is hard to close.
I used these to keep the drawers of a dresser shut so that my two-year-old could not open during the middle of the night and climb.They served their purpose successfully and overall happy with this product.A few key notes to consider as you purchase:when I initially installed them on the drawers, they were somewhat under tension (pulling force) as I did it really, really tight and the adhesive does seem to fail overtime when installed in this manner. They need to be installed with no force or tension the adhesive pads. The initial set I put on my daughterâs drawers all pulled off fairly easily when installed in this manner after a day or week – but once I did it slightly loose, they stuck on excellent. This is same for my freezer like another review, I put one on the freezer in hopes that it would keep a bad door shut, but because the door was trying to force itself open eventually the adhesive always fails and the thing pops off.
These are great for my small freezer for when I fill it up and it doesnât have room inside for the door to compress/ vacuum the air to seal it. Easy to apply and work well.
I bought these because the drawers in the kitchen of our Class A kept flying open when we turned certain corners. At first I didnât think Iâd like them because I felt like it would take away from the nice cabinets, but I donât even notice them! They donât come with great instructions, but once I figured out how they worked, they were super easy to put on and work like a charm! Once we get to camp, I unlatch them and leave them unlatched until we get ready to leave. Iâm happy to say that weâve been out 6 times since I put these in with NO drawers spontaneously flying open!! Good bye bungee cords!! ð¤
It works great! But on some it didnât hold the adhesive great!
These childproof locks work perfectly. Our 2 year old pulled on them all day and was never able to open the cabinets. They work perfectly and are easier to use than some other childproof equipment I have seen.Good purchase!
