Love this product works so smooth and locks in secure very high quality used on a steel door frame used a different set of screw to hold in place and washers the screws that came with it best for wood (easy to use!!!)
Ok but screws barely fit
Itâs very solid but the screws barely fit, only tiny tiny larger than the screw hole, very easy to penetrate the whole (not joking). Use your own screws

Feel much safer having this on my doors. Great value and easy install ion. Great quality.
No issues
It has been 3 weeks and it is very sturdy and strong. Using it so my 2yr old can not go out of the front door but has not been used to stop people from entering but I feel it would help. Screws were good quality unlike other reviews and they are long as I was prepared to use longer ones but did not need to as the ones it came with were good.

I bought the 2 pack of these locks (one for the front door and one for the back door) and I love them. They open easily and ‘click’ into the locked position just as easily. They feel very solid and after installing them I believe the 800lbs force resistance claimed.Cons: 1. If I absolutely had to say something bad about them, it’s that because of the manual nature of the lock itself, they can only be locked or unlocked from the inside of the house. If you don’t unlock one of the doors and later want to enter through that door…you can’t. For example, if I forget to unlock the back door and end up out back, I can’t enter the house through the back door without first going in through the front and unlocking the lock from the inside. This is a minor hassle, easily corrected once you’re accustomed to the locks presence, but it’s worth mentioning because the locks work so well that you will absolutely be locked out of any door you don’t pre-open before going out. 2. If you place the lock low enough for a pet or child to reach, the lock could be accidentally locked by an excited pet pawing at the door or a mischievous child and once locked….it can only be unlocked from the inside. INSTALL IT HIGH ENOUGH ON THE DOOR TO PREVENT THIS!Pros: The mechanism is solid and smooth and designed in such a way that is extremely unlikely/if not impossible to be accidentally locked out while you’re away. I.e. I don’t see this lock closing on its own so long as you install it high enough up on the door to prevent pets or children from locking it.Overall, I’m extremely pleased by this purchase and highly recommend it.
Love the security it provide. Easy installation and they provided the screws. I did buy longer ones just to meet my preference. Definitely did its job.
Wasnât looking for door locks but found these during prime days and decided to beef up my exterior doors. One thing to consider before you purchase is whether or not your door has a 1/8â gap at the jamb. You need a slight gap to ensure your door wonât get hung up. If you donât have a big enough gap, you can still install it, but you will need to chisel out some wood of your jamb. Not too many people want to start carving up their jambs. I certainly donât.That being said, the locks are solid and seem like really good quality metal. Very simple to install, simply place it the height you want it, mark it off, the mark the center adjust screw. Drill a pilot hole and mount it to your jamb. You can then adjust it to make sure your door will close completely and allow the the lock to fully engage when the door is closed. Once you verify the depth for mounting, you can use the longer screws to mount it to the jamb.Once installed, I went outside and leaned my shoulder into the door and it didnât budge. Gives me good peace of mind knowing that if someone busts my deadbolt while on vacation, they wonât be able to get in.These locks are definitely a good value for the money. Well designed, easy to install, easy to latch and release, and added defense to your entry doors.
