Good value for what you get
They work very well in keeping my mother with dementia out of cupboards and the fridge. Very easy to install. I would say they are perfect if you do not need a very robust application I think They might break if you really aggressively yanked on it.Would also be good for younger children that aren’t that strong. Of course, I did not put it to the test by pulling it apart, but I’m just guessing by the way, it locks and the plastic. I am very happy with this and the price is right. It is very sticky with the self-adhesive. removing it might be a chore so I don’t know that I would put it on anything you’re worried about wrecking down the road if you needed to remove them. But of course if you want it locked you want it secure. You I’ve been using mine for a couple months now. No issues with the lock and bought a second set as they work well. I’m sure if you had a teenager or a very determined adult they would pull the lock apbut i’m not that worried and of course something much stronger would cost a heck of a lot more money.

Got this to keep my toddlers out of the fridge, but the lock opens no matter what combination of numbers is on the lock. It wasn’t like that before, but randomly it started malfunctioning so that you can just open the fridge at any point without knowing the code.

Seems sturdy enough but wonât stop a heavy duty bolt cutter. Works for my outside freezer
