Love these. Taste great too.I have tried the Jamison pills in a variety of mg and woke up feeling groggy and fuzzy for hours after being awake.I tried the niquil brand melatonin and they worked good but were quite pricey.Decided to try these and immediately worked great! I donât get the groggy feeling in the mornings and these help me feel relaxed enough to fall asleep quite easily!Just over half done my second bottle and I have no complaints.
They really work ð
I donât have trouble falling asleep but I did have trouble staying asleep for more than an hour this product really does help me sleep for 4-5 hours straight and even if I get up to go to washroom I will be able to get back to sleep again and they taste good and arenât too chewy ð. GREAT PRODUCT
Makes you drowsy, fall asleep quicker
Definately makes me drowsy within 30min with 1 gummy, I fall asleep fast, which I’ve always struggled with (sometimes I dont fall asleep from 11pm until 4am despite trying all the usual tips and strategies), so very happy with that!! But I do wake up 3-4h later even with the gummy, usually 3am which is another part of my isomnia. But I do feel groggy when I wake up and within an hour I fall asleep again and then I sleep well for another 2-3hours with using this. Tried 2 nights now with 1 gummy taken at 10pm. I am going to try 2 gummies tonight to see if it can prolong my sleep a bit, and if not then I’ll try a 9pm gummy to see if that works to go to bed earlier. I dont want to wake up at the dreaded witching hour of 3am, hoping this can help me with it. But, it does work as advertized! Great taste and love the double pack, good price too. Only negative is the print on the bottles for instructions are super small, I had to use my phone zoomed in to read it and also came back to the advert on amazon to read what’s on the back. Maybe should come in a cardboard box with larger print or a leaflet?

I used another brand before and that worked for a while, but not as effectively as these. Problem is I don’t know if it the switch in formula, or the product itself.Either way, they work excellently, as a person who sleeps alone, I can say that sleeping next to someone for the effect of falling asleep faster is circumvented by these gummies. Truly a life saver as someone who is 37, still plays the occasional video game, goes to university, takes 7 courses, maintains a relative healthy diet and clean basement apartment, cares for plants and feeds birds, they help me fall asleep when I need to.

Asleep within 20 minuits after chewing 2 gummies! slept all night. No melatonin headache either! The gummies were nice tasting, not too sweet! and dissolved quickly. good set of ingredients with different herbs mixed in.
Stick to the brand name version
I have been using Olly sleeping gummies for almost a year now and love them. I was looking for a cheaper alternative with similar ingredients so decided to try these ones. Not worth it ! These are so overly sweet that itâs hard to take and unnecessary extra glucose for a sleeping pill. I also wake up feeling foggy & a sleep âhangoverâ. The olly gummies have never done this. Worst of all you canât return them!!
Hit and Miss
I took 1 gummy the first night and slept 6 hours so I took 2 the second night to see if I would get more sleep. It took hours to fall asleep so I ended up oversleeping.I noticed taking it every night lessens the effect ( sleep)Itâs hit and miss for me.

I was having a ton of trouble falling asleep. It would take me HOURS to fall asleep. Once asleep I have no problems but I need a little nudge to get to sleep. I started taking these and within 30 minutes my eyes get heavy and I can tell I’m getting drowsy. That being said, they don’t knock you out like medication by any means but definitely make it easier to fall asleep. I took one once and then decided to watch a movie and was perfectly fine staying up but when i got in bed after the movie was done i was asleep within 10 minutes. I also noticed I was more groggy the mornings after taking these so I only eat a half and make sure that I only take it before 10pm and they still work amazing.The one thing I will say is horrible about this product is the fact that the lid is not childproof. Melatonin is not considered dangerous but you don’t want your toddler finding a bottle of tasty gummies in your bedside drawer. You can claim to be the most careful person in the world but until you’re a parent you don’t understand that you can never be careful enough. I actually had a bottle of elderberry gummies that had a childproof lid and when the elderberry was done I kept the bottle so I could put my Melatonin in there. Works perfect. It would just be nice if the product came with a better lid.
They taste great and they work. They also arrive quickly. I order monthly and will continue to do so. I recommend them.
I notice a difference when using these gummies and my watch shows a difference with my deep sleep as well.
When you take 2 every night thereâs always one left in the bottle. There should be enough in the bottle so when you get close to empty there should be 2 remaining so youâre not left with one. Is there a larger bottle 2 pack?
