Size not true, membrane is thicker than the medela and less suction.
I absolutely love this product. The breast shields are one piece meaning there are no valves to connect as is the case with the Medela pump parts. The material quality is excellent although the membranes do seem a bit less thin than the Medela membranes;however, if you pop them out from the back instead of pulling from the front, it shouldnât be a problem. Also these come with a great little spoolie brush to really get into the hard to reach places when cleaning. And it can double as an eyebrow brush on the go for lol. Important to mention they have this partyicliar size , 34, which Medela doesnât offer. Great product and will be ordering two more very soon.
I personally do not like the one piece breastshield. They break easy while cleaning. I had purchased the 30mm one piece and the problem I had was that the piece wasn’t long enough so I purchased the 34mm thinking it would be long enough but its the same problem. The length of the tube where the nipple is stretched to express the milk is too short hence causing the tip of the nipple to hit the back end of the canal and that blocks the milk duds from letting the milk out. View pics to see what I mean. Pics look a little graphic but that’s the only way I could show what I mean. The design needs tweaking. The pieces that are detachable work much better because they have the lenght
I was skeptical these would be what I was looking for, the cost seemed too good to be true, but they are perfect! Only difference from the Madela name brand is the sheild and connectors are one piece, not separate. The valve/membrane are separate and connect easily. As I was using it, I jumped on Amazon and purchased another set, and I’m sure I’ll purchase more — I have a long road of pumping ahead of me. Great buy!
These are great for my fellow big boob mommas out there!!! Make sure when you wash them you let them dry completing before putting back together.
