Cut quality is decent on these scissors. Does a great job cutting your typical paper or construction paper.The size is a little big for a 3 year old, but I can see them being good around the age of 4 or 5.And thank goodness they only cut paper – my son decided to test it.

Theyâre kind of flimsy. Used them with 4 and 5 years olds. They didnât cut through paper very well.
Would not repurchase
The scissors donât cut very well. Iâve used many toddler sisters and bought these ones for the little clip that helps with the opening and closing. I found better at the dollar store.

These are really useless scissors. The paper gets wedged between the blades and the spring slips, which ends up really hurting the kids.Crayola had blues scissors when I was a kid. Would prefer those over this.
