Mighty Snappy Simple
Great quality of the picture, night vision, microphone and 2 way communication. Snappy app and ease of use overall.I love about it that it looks and feels like a simple device with high quality parts. Lightweight too.I set it up this way: turn on motion detection, cancel notification option. This way I can always get a footage with time stamps of what has been happening without getting notifications if you happen to move in front of the camera quickly (for example in-store setting), and then once I’m not present I can switch the toggle back to receive notification (when I’m not at the office, home, ect.). Otherwise if you choose continuous record, it won’t give the time stamps with events when you go through footage. It’s lightweight and comes with mounting hardware.I haven’t used cloud storage much, I strongly recommend just inserting SD card and put continuous record, not a single issue so far after a week of use!!I would like the seller to explain cloud storage more, as it gave me a free trial for a week but I have no idea how that works after. For the price it’s an excellent value.
Great camera, great price
Picked this up as a doggie monitor. Works great, can sleep it when we’re home and don’t need it on, and it takes a MicroSD for recording. Especially like the range of motion and variety of settings. Two things they could work on: There is no way to use the hub that came with the Wuuk doorbell for storage, which would be really handy (and feel more like an ecosystem). And when sharing access with a family member (or anyone), they can’t seem to sleep/unsleep it, seems you need to be “the owner” for that. Overall really happy with this company; got the doorbell when it was still crowd-funded and they’ve been relentless about making it better ever since.
Decent camera with good tilt & pan range.
The camera was easy to install, pairing took a bit until we figured out to switch our wifi to 2.4gHz, then it was immediate. There is a lot of sound feedback through the camera if you have the app running while in the room with the camera. The sound quality out of the camera from the app is a bit fuzzy. The tilt and pan range is decent. We got it to watch our kittens, so it works perfectly for our use!
Quick and easy setup – on the second attempt that is
I love WUUK cameras, they just WORK. Except the first time I bought this unit, it refused to pair because it was an Amazon return apparently, and the previous user already paired it and I was locked out. I had to return it, and I ordered again (even though I lost out on the $15 coupon this time) and the new one arrived, paired within seconds, updated firmware annnnd all good!I bought a 15000mah lithium battery pack (like the ones you use to charge cellphones etc) to run this camera off of battery power, since I don’t want to run power cables all over the place in my living room where this will be located.Unfortunately, I don’t get a live battery-level when viewing the camera (like Wuuk’s other battery-powered devices) but I’ll just keep an eye on power usage and get a better idea.PRO:- Low price- Quick setup- Includes what seems like a 6′ usb c cable for power, very nice- Software is super simpleCON:- No optical zoom- No battery power, must be plugged into wall (or use battery pack like I am trying)- First one wasn’t usable due to Amazon returns, no WUUK’s fault per seBiggest Pro: Low price pan and tiltBiggest Con: Does not aim downward very much at all. I planned to put this on a book shelf, but I will have to mount it upside down in order to look “down” enough to see the floor.100% Recommend. If I have “it failed in a month” issues as others have explained, I’ll update this review.
Good image quality
I bought one to monitor my pet. The productâs image quality and the appâs clean usability, I purchased a second camera today. I recommend it for home security and for those who have pets.
Unbelievable image quality!
I had previously purchased the Wyze pet cam, but my foster pup ate the cord, so I ordered this camera from Amazon because it was the most conscious…..and WOW, was I ever pleased!! The video quality is as clear as an HD TV program! Compared to my previous camera, this one is leaps and bounds better! Zooming in doesn’t affect the quality either! I am just beyond happy that I can keep an eye on my pups and really and truly see what they’re doing in crystal clear quality! You won’t be disappointed! Not to mention, this camera also has motion,human and cry notification! It has so many cool features! It is so advanced and is an amazing deal!
Not Sure But Stopped Working 6 months
I have the outdoor WUUK’s and they work great, 3 of them surrounding the house. But the indoor one which is separate, I’ve had problems with it not uploading the software and it just doesn’t work if you cannot update.
Great webcam
This product is fantastic. It really is super easy to set up. I purchased the first one so I could keep an eye on my dog when I’m away. You can pan around and the quality of the picture is wonderful. Love that I can talk to my dog as well. The app on my phone is so easy to use. I sent an email about a question I had and they replied right away. So impressed I purchased another one for another room. Have recommended this to friends. Great value for the price.
J’ai acheté une deuxième cam de ce type parce qu’elles ne sont pas très chères et font le taf : on se connecte depuis le téléphone et on voit l’intérieur de la pièce ; ça fonctionne plutôt bien et l’image est assez nette.En revanche, il faut nécessairement le Wifi et l’électricité (ne fonctionne pas comme un simple Babyphone en mobilité) ; on peut désactiver la LED pour garder la pièce dans le noir, mais celle-ci se réactive toute seule régulièrement et on ne peut pas s’empêcher de demander pourquoi et si cela pourrait être lié à un problème de sécurité ; les notifications de pleurs de bébés ont une sensibilité assez faible (le bébé doit pleurer fort) et ne fonctionnent pas à tous les coups, mais globalement ça va.
Jâapprends à mon chiot à rester un peu seul et cette caméra me permet dâêtre rassurée à tout moments car je peux voir ses mouvements si tout va bien et interagir aussi de plus facile à installer merci
As a total novice to security cameras and how they work, I had no idea what to expect. WUUK was recommended to me as a easy to use, and very good quality system. That is so true. It was set and working perfectly within about 15 minutes of getting it out of the box. The instructions are very straightforwarda nd easy to follow. Picture quality is superb, sound is excellent and it si salso very clear in the dark. Great product and great customer service.

Ich habe nun die Kamera seit einiger Zeit im Einsatz; hauptsächlich, um zu schauen, was mein kleiner Kater bei meiner Abwesenheit so treibt.Dazu gleich vorneweg, dass funktioniert auÃerordentlich gut!Die Kamera lässt sich stehend sowie “hängend” positionieren (Image dann in den Einstellungen logischerweise spiegeln), die Position der Kamera sollte man sorgfältig auswählen. Mit dem Zoom kann man fast in jede Ecke schauen.Die Empfindlichkeit des Bewegungsmelders ist hoch und lässt sich in drei Stufen einstellen. Ãberrascht hat mich der groÃe Schwenkbereich. Ebenso die sehr präzise automatische Nachführung der Kamera bei Bewegungen.Eine SD Karte ist empfehlenswert um (automatisch) aufzuzeichnen. Snap Shorts und manuelle Auszeichnung sind ebenso möglich. Die Kamera meldet Ereignisse und listet diese auf, so dass man diese im Nachhinein anschauen kann.Auf Grund der vielen Funktionen ist dass Menü recht umfangreich, aber selbsterklärend.Ein Neustart der Kamera erfolgt schnell, Updates laufen ebenso flüssig durch.Den Preis finde ich fair, in Anbetracht von Qualität, Leistung und Funktionen.Zur Installation hatte ich ein kurze Rückfrage an den Service und war überrascht über die schnelle und kompetente Hilfe!Danke!
