Je ne sais pas si ce sont nos prises qui posent problèmes, mais nous avons du mal à brancher les fils maintenant et le contact se faire difficilement, comme si la prise était trop loin.

This cover does not fit over my outlets correctly. The description states to remove the wall plate and replace it with these covers. After doing so, there is a large gap around the perimeter that if something were to go inside the gap, possible electrocution can happen. This is a good concept as the outlets are blocked by a spring loaded cover, but it’s a shame that it doesn’t fit correctly. Unfortunately, I cannot use this with my baby in the area.
Too Tight of a Fit and Leaves a Gap
I really like these type of outlet covers that are self-closing as they are one integrated piece that replaces an existing outlet cover. They look similar to ones I already have but looks can be deceiving.Each wall outlet cover is individually wrapped and comes with 2 screws. When I tried to install it on one of my outlets, I noticed these outlet covers did not go flush against the wall. It was too far from the wall to attempt it, so I tried another outlet.This second outlet was a bit closer and I was able to install it, but it was still not flush. On one side, it is really close but on the other side, there is a noticeable gap (and does look bigger in pictures). It is acceptable but only because I donât have young kids.These outlet covers are supposed to be self-closing, and they are when not installed. However, because I had to screw them on really tight, it no longer is self-closing. I can manually move the cover from side to side though.When I compare the back of these outlet covers to the ones I already have, the gap is much less and there is little room to accommodate a protruding outlet. It is a matter of millimeters, but is the difference of having an outlet cover that is flush against the wall versus one that leaves a gap.If your outlets protrude less than mine perhaps these would work better, but it was too tight of a fit in my case. If you do decide to buy this, make sure to install them before the return window expires.
