great size for freezing meal prep
in canada the previous black base has been changed to white. this is more porous so i consider these one-time use a i add sauce. they stack well and i’ll be buying more
Handy, but not for freezer storage
The portion size is great for me and the containers can go in the dishwasher. I was hoping to use them for freezing food but the design leaves an air space which leads to frost.
Great sealing, you hear them click together
I bought these for leftovers, to use over and over again. I only purchased one set because I was not sure of the quality. But ordering more today.I have bought others and was never happy with them in the dishwasher because plastic folded edges collected water and then had to be dried off when removed. BUT these don’t do that, they come out dry and not dripping all over the other dry items in my dishwasher. Also other containers lost their shape when top rack washed. These keep their shape, better quality in my opinion.My 1st impression was great. I loved hearing the top “click” together to the bottom, reassuring me that the top and bottom are sealed. As for reheating, no issues. Freezing. I dont notice much ice build up that some other containers cause when frozen, this tells me it has a really good seal..Overall all I am very pleased. The only downfall is that I feel the price is a bit high…even with the positives I listed I think the price could be lower.

Very useful item in meal preparation. I have bought a lot of these containers and thry work well for me. Stands well in the freezer, easy to clean, a perfect size for a single curry or enough amount for 1 or 2 servings.
These are the best to have whether youâre giving a meal to a friend or youâre putting stuff in the freezer or send it away with your kids to college they come in every size and shape and a very durable.
I saw the 1200 + 4.6 star review and was sold but what a mistake. I am only 50+ and I am a strong woman but these containers are too hard to open. I bought them for my disabled mother as she can’t carry anything heavy and thought this was a good idea. I was so wrong even I cant open the lids. I tried and everything fell on the cupboard and floor. A waste of money.

I like these so much that this is my third purchase.While the size looks small, it’s a perfect lunch portion. I’ve bought larger ones, but these get used the most.They freeze well, are leak proof, go straight into the microwave and run through the top rack of the dishwasher.The price is reasonable. I use them for lunch and, if the housekeeper at work throws them out, it’s OK – it only costs me 46 cents. If they run it through the dishwasher, I can later take it home and reuse. I win either way. And I never have the hassle of carting dirty (smelly) glass dishes home. Because they are fully recyclable (5), I feel OK using them in lieu of glass.I’m single. When I cook on the weekends, I’ll eat one portion for dinner and pack the remainder into these containers. I can still enjoy cooking without having to eat the same thing for 5 days straight (no fun).I tag these with removable labels (dish description and date) and freeze. So, at all times, I have a freezer full of different home-cooked meals.I take these for lunch and it’s healthier than commercial freezer meals and so cost effective! A single lady’s dream.
