Awesome blocks
Great toy, my daughter loves these. She prefers them to lego. They are very much like minecraft and lets you easily put them together to build a small world. Lots of variety. I would suggest buying two packages to have enough blocks for a child to really build. They are well built and do not fade easily. Great item for a child!
Kids of all ages
I picked these up just before Christmas for my cousins and their kids, and they were a big hit! The blocks have a good size, bit smaller than 1-inch per face. The magnets are strong enough to hold together while building but not strong enough that a kid can make a sword and swing it at his sister without it falling apart mid-swing.70 blocks come in a pack and that’s less than you’d think once the kids got started on 3D shapes, paired with the price point of ~40$ at time of writing, and maybe their are better visio-spatial building toys out there. Plus with each block being just under an inch big, maybe not great if your kids like to put things in their mouths.
Cute, but small
Great little toy. We have other magnetic blocks so I knew these would be a hit with the different patterns, etc. They come in a nice storage bag but be warned, they are small, about 3/4 of an inch. So depending on the age of the child playing with them, it’s best with supervision.
Good product.
While much smaller than the advertisement pictures would suggest these blocks do function as described. The magnets are reasonably strong enough to build landscapes out of without issue. The matt finish stickers are very durable, clear and well placed. I had to look closely at the blocks to see that they are stickers on the sides as opposed to print directly on the blocks themselves. Due to the small size I will have to hold off on giving these to our grandchildren until the youngest is old enough to not put these in his mouth.
Great for the minecraft lover
I know these have an age of 3+ but I think these can be for anyone who enjoys minecraft. Our son loves minecraft so we got these for him for Christmas. He is very much into building anything and everything from legos to robots. This is a great set because its very open ended, being able to build anything from scenes to items found in minecraft. It even comes with a character which was nice.The blocks are smaller than what most people are expecting but it was the size listed. We like the smaller size as it takes less space for our son to display what he has created. The blocks themselves are colorful and pretty close to how they appear in the game. They stick decently well together, allowing him to move his creations from his desk to shelf when finished.
Adding magnetism and designs to building blocks
My granddaughter has indicated an affinity for other magnetic building pieces so I got this for her to try. I think that the different designs and patterns on the sides will come into play on the 6 faces of some cubes. At 4 and a half, she may be a bit old for simple building blocks, but I am hoping that these may grab her attention to construct some creations with her imagination.
Smaller than expected but still fun
I decided to get this for my niece since sheâs shown a liking for other magnetic building sets. Iâm intrigued by how the varied designs and patterns on the cube faces might add an extra layer of creativity. Each of the six sides offers something unique, which could inspire her to explore new ideas. At four and a half, sheâs probably moved past basic blocks, but Iâm hoping these will catch her interest and spark her imagination.That said, the blocks are much smaller than I expected based on the pictures. While the compact size might be a surprise, Iâm optimistic it wonât take away from the fun of building and experimenting with different designs. Iâm eager to see how she uses these to craft her own little creations!
Super Cute Blocks
These blocks are adorable, they look fantastic just like Minecraft. My older son is so excited about this set and building little tabletop worlds that remind him of his game. He loves watching youtubers techniques and applying them to his own gameplay. Very fun set.
