  1. Product is amazing!
This product works amazing for cleaning cloth diapers and old poop stains out of clothes. I was so shocked about how well it works!!! I’d recommend this product.

  2. Laundry finally smells good
I have been washing my clothes with regular brands and eco-friendly variations for years without ever getting the bad smell out of my clothes. Pre-washing, soaking, doubling the soap, nothing worked. Then I tried this brand and wow! My clothes finally smell good! Even my sports shirts and my wife’s underwear.

  3. It really DOES WORK!
After throwing out bras and other sports wear because I could not get rid of the “sporty” smell, I have discovered my new best friend! I was not paid or reached out to to make this review, I just thought I should let everyone know, it actually works! I was skeptical, but I didn’t want to get rid of any more my expensive Lululemon bras.I soaked my sport bras with two scoops of the detergent in warm water in a bucket, and then put them in the wash without adding any more detergent, and they came out smelling and feeling beautiful! The sporty stink is GONE! They actually feel AND smell better in every way. You can tell there must have been built up sweat etc that’s now gone.To maintain, I will use one scoop and wash all of my work out clothes together and only soak if necessary.I’m assuming if I maintain and use this detergent on my work out clothes regularly, I won’t need to soak it again.A little more expensive than regular detergent, but if you only use it for your work clothes and when necessary, it’s a great investment, and eco friendly too!Highly recommend. 🙂

  4. Highly recommend to take out smells
Highly recommend! The only part I hate is the bag. The seal pulled away from the bag on first use. Have had to put in a airtight canister otherwise it clumps. Otherwise I’m super happy with it. With an over night presoak it removes the stank from our smelly exercise gear. (Previously I had soaked in vinegar and bleach with to effect). It also takes the diesel smell out of my husbands work clothes. Also as someone who uses and highly recommends washable mentural pads it has worked great as a soak with them also (it removed old trace stains on the pads)

  5. Love this stuff
This detergent is awesome for our diapers (and other blowout casualties). Even after a few extra days lost in the bucket or diaper bag, or after a particularly bad blowout, this stuff takes care of the mess and smell. I’ve used it in both hard and soft water situations and it works in both. The scent is very minimal but pleasant, which is a great bonus. Its forever our go-to throughout our diaper journey.

  6. Great for soccer wear and helps with cat pee(!)
This works well for workout wear, especially with an initial soak, for those looking for a more natural product. It has a subtle pleasant tea tree scent. I haven’t noticed significant fading or fabric damage. I’ve recommended this detergent to fellow soccer players, and they’re also sold on it, too. *The key is the soak.*As an added bonus… I’ve also had success combining this detergent, which is enzyme-based, with Odormute powder to remove cat urine from clothing and bedding. My technique is to do an initial quick rinse and spin cycle with cool water then do a looonnnggg (multi-hour) soak using a combo of Rockin’ Green and Odormute in warm (not hot!) water, followed by a spin down (no rinse). I hang the fabrics and allow them to dry fully then do a full wash cycle with the Rockin’ Green, this time with a rinse. I hang to dry again and ~75% of the time the odour is gone. In the majority of cases where there was some residual odour after round one, a second round has taken care of it. I’ve had a lot of difficulty finding products for cat urine that were fabric safe but effective, especially without a strong residual chemical/artificial odour, so this combo has been a Godsend in my household of territorial cats with kidney/bladder issues. The tea tree is too subtle to mask anything, so you can tell if the treatment has been successful as soon as the clothes have dried.

  7. This product really works
This product works so well, I have ordered some for gifts. As it is exactly as described, and is the best laundry detergent I have ever tried.

  8. lots of work to get it to work!
I’ve had mixed results with this detergent. What I tried was to put my stinky items into bin, soak those according to the package instructions, and then add a bit more detergent into my machine and do a full load. This includes non-stinky items mixed in, so I’d be washing items that were soaked, with non-soaked items. Perhaps this is not supposed to be done, because what would happen is the WHOLE LOAD would come out smelling stinky! It’s almost like the bacteria gets rinsed out of the some clothes and got redistributed?I’ve also done loads with no soaking; just the detergent in a normal load, and again- stinky clothes. (I do have a huge capacity washing machine, so perhaps I was using too little detergent?)I did find a way that works for me, finally. I put EVERYTHING (literally all of my clothes, split into loads, because everything was stinky from previous attempts) into a tub and a few scoops of the detergent, let it sit according to instructions and did a good soak. Then I washed everything in the machine, plus added a bit of regular detergent as well. This was the ticket. Everything is fresh and clean smelling! So… to get this to work, I think you have to ONLY wash the soaked items together, otherwise you risk spreading the stink to items that were previously fine! I also think that adding a bit of a different detergent is helpful as well. After a bit of finessing, it does work! I feel like my clothes are so clean now, and they won’t need another “treatment” for a long time. But it did take a while to figure out a system to get there!

  9. I bought this as my Hot Yoga clothes were starting to smell really weird and funky…despite always washing them as soon as getting back from my workout. After much googling and searching, I got this fabulous stuff!I popped ALL my workout clothes into a load and wore one set yesterday and the smell has totally GONE!!!I thought it was quite expensive at first glance for what is essentially laundry powder but this stuff really does work.

  10. At both 8ish and 14 months into cloth diapering, had been exclusively using tide powder detergent, I noticed my diapers were just getting stiff/not very soft anymore and my son was getting some diaper rash. The first time, I just changed my prefolds size up(second size of petite crown) and it temporarily fixed the problem, the second time I needed to actually figure out a solution. A few runs of Grovia Mighty Bubbles helped my issue a bit, which confirmed my suspicion that it was probably hard water build up in the diapers. I had RLR in the house but for whatever reason just didn’t want to really use it. Figured it was my last resort if everything else failed. I had also purchased Hard Rock and Dirty Diaper Rockin Green (anyone else mass buy things that might help you solve your issue?). I do two heavy duty washes(Frigidaire top loader, max fill washer), first in warm then second wash just prefolds on hot with a soak which extends my heavy wash cycle. I started running the first wash with Tide powder to line 4, second wash I do a hefty scoop of both the hard rock and the dirty diaper detergent. The first few times I noticed them coming out a little softer. Started drying on low for 60 minutes, then air drying to finish them off instead of just drying on high heat.I don’t think I’m ever changing this routine. I feel like it’s just the perfect combination. The diapers continue to come out softer, I know the hard water build up is being prevented, I just couldn’t be happier. I’m going back and washing the first prefold size and I’m seeing the results repeated. If you have hard water and know it (hello mineral deposits on your shower and faucets) this is a great product to look into. I also really love that it’s unscented. One of the things I hated about tide was the scent. Just screams hormone disrupters. The first few times you’re washing to get mineral build up out, you might have to include more detergent. I think I did a solid 3 or 4 scoops with a soak right away but then backed it down a bit.Great product, please don’t discontinue!!Update: now that I’ve gotten the minerals out, I’ve backed down the detergent even more for that second wash in hot… the enzymes can be a little strong once they get wet otherwise and can go after his skin. Or rinse more… want to make sure to get all the detergent out.

  11. I didn’t want to love this because it’s expensive but it actually does work!! I was going to throw out my husbands exercise clothes because I couldn’t get the stink out. I tried this not expecting it to work and it has!!! Will def buy again

  12. This detergent is awesome. I don’t do anything special to my cloth diapers before washing, and this detergent gets them totally clean and stink-free.

  13. Rockin’ Green isn’t just a detergent—it’s a miracle in powder form. If you’ve ever dealt with the infamous teenage stink (you know the one), this plant-based, all-natural detergent is your new best friend. Somehow, it manages to tackle the combination of gym socks, forgotten-in-the-backpack hoodies, and general teen funk with ease, and it’s vegan too!No harsh chemicals, no overwhelming perfumes—just fresh, clean clothes that no longer make me wonder if I’m living with a wild animal. I can finally fold laundry without holding my breath! If you’re battling teenage laundry, trust me—Rockin’ Green is ready for the challenge.
