Pleasantly surprised that this humidifier works reasonably well, after disappointments with other humidifier brands. It’s very quiet, and water lasts for days in a full tank. My only complaint is that the moisture setting seems to fluctuate above the humidity level I set. Having no filter to clean or replace is a big plus, and so far the cleaning of this unit seems pretty straightforward, just vinegar and some elbow grease. Price was good too, compared with most other units with a 6L reservoirI’ve changed the rating on this item from 4 to2 stars. The humidity level setting doesn’t work properly. I set it for 45% this morning, and it is misting and reading humidity of 71%. I’ve tried to reset the level numerous times, but to no avail. Would not recommend this item because of thisOnce again, changing the review stars; this time I’m giving 5 stars because of quality of Asakuki team in standing behind their products. After a number of communications with them through Amazon, (all very pleasant), they have issued a refund for the humidifier. I would certainly consider their products in the future, and am sure the quality would be better. I appreciate their efforts.
Great Humidifier
Got the humidifier because my room is dry. Very quiet and easy to refill, the nightlight feature is very useful.
Great Purchase.
I was recommended that I should buy a humidifier for my bad sinus health. I owned a couple already that was good for a bed room. I was wanting something that was more powerful for the price. I noticed this one and the square feet area effect it said it did. Once I got it and set it up. I was pleasantly surprised buy the water tank compacity and quality of the product. I ran it for 3 days straight on high settings. It would mostly run for a day straight, with needing to fill it right before bed. I set it in my living room of my 800 square foot apartment. I could feel the effects of it. But was not liking that it did not cover the full apartment like the discerption said it would. As soon as I set it in just a room. It took a full effect of humidity! BUT after 3 days of running. IT STOPPED WORKING! I was extremely made that it broke. After reading the instructions of the cleaning cycle. I ended up cleaning it to see if it would work again. After that it worked like normal! after having this for 2 months I was very happy with the end results. Only thing I would say is. That it works great for big bedrooms. for people wanting it to coverer a very large area, they will be disappointed. I will hope it last me some time before it stops working.

Breath Easy
My previous humidifiers were the wick type with filters that had to be replaced several times each winter. They had fans that used electricity and made noise. This new one has none of these drawbacks. There are no filters, almost no maintenance, it is almost completely silent and uses very little power. The air quality of this ultrasonic humidifier is much better as well which means we can breath easy.Distilled water is recommended and we found 4 litre bottles of it were remarkably inexpensive so we have followed these instructions. We would never have done this with the old style humidifier but the new one seems to use less water to maintain the desired humidity level so distilled water is an acceptable luxury.The essential oils diffuser, the remote, the night light, the accurate humidistat, the removable water container (we only used it for the first use), and the quality look and feel are added value. An excellent product.

Well designed
This unit is one of two that were on my final decision list, both are highly rated. (Actually the other one was rated higher in some reports).The remote controller for this unit makes more sense to me than using a phone or tablet (IoT). If I find the humidity too dry when going to sleep, it is much simpler for me to use a remote control to turn it on / set the timer, etc. – knowing which button to press even without looking at the remote control, rather than turning on / log into my cell phone or tablet and look at the display to control it.Other designs such as water level display (using roughened display to clearly show the water level) make this unit’s design a bit more convenient to use.It is very quiet – no noise data is published, probably the other one is also very quiet.Except for how to remove the float, the operation and maintenance instructions are very clear.I had power supply problem with the air purifier made by the other manufacturer. That unit had 70% life left on the filter when the power supply problem appeared. That manufacturer did not send out any recall even though it turned out to be a well known problem. I had to fix it myself instead of wasting $250 to purchase another. So the lost of confidence in the other manufacturer also played a roll in my selection.
