Pretty cool product to spice up the room a bit!
Bought this cause iâve always wanted some cool lights in my room but donât really wanna bother with led strips along my walls ect. This thingâs cool cause it looks like northern lights. And itâs easily set up via usb to a power brick and plugged into the wall. Mine has had no issues as far as functionality. Iâve even kept it on for about 14 hours with no issues with the lights or heat! My only two complaints are that the remote is crappy. It says 5 meter distance but itâs more like 1.5 feet lmao. And you kind of need the remote to access the timer if you want to use it and the brightness of the stars and the nebula. And the last complaint would be not being able to change the colours of the stars. Theyâre stuck on green which is fine, but would be nice if you had a spectrum to choose from like the nebula.
Exceeded my Expectations!
We bought this light for our 3 year old granddaughter and it was a hit from the moment we plugged it in. The stars and nebulae effect on the bedroom ceiling was mesmerizing and well exceeded my expectations. The remote control was very intuitive to use and we were quickly changing the swirling nebulae colors until we landed on the favorite (fuchsia and blue). The stars (green color only) and nebulae can be on at the same time or you can choose stars or nebulae only. There’s also controls on the back of the unit if you don’t want to use the remote. The 45/90 minute timer button is on the back of the unit and lights up white for 45 and purple for 90 minutes. The astronaut figure is very attractive with posable arms and looks great sitting on the nightstand. The next night we used the star projector while watching a movie in our living room which has 22′ high ceilings and it created a very neat effect. While the nebulae was a bit less vibrant given the greater distance, the stars were still very bright. This was a great value for the price and we expect to get a lot of enjoyment out of it. We also received the unit less than 24 hours after ordering on Prime. I’d highly recommend this!
As good as it appears
Itâs some what light which you would think means poor quality but thatâs not the case. Itâs very effort what it does. I wish it had more options rather than the 6 or so but itâs as good as advertised
The Remote Control Does not work
The device is okay for the price you pay for it but one noticeable issue I found was the poor signal emitted from the remote- Yes, I made sure to put new batteries in. The only button that managed to work was the power button and even that was not very reliable as I had to be within two feet away from the device in order to get it to work. I tried every other button and nothing happened so Iâm assuming it has something to do with the signal being emitted from the remote. On top of the that, the bottom piece does not fit properly into the foot of the device and so itâs a bit unstable and can topple over any moment. Not very happy with the purchase and so I gave it 3 stars; but I guess that is what is expected from the price you pay for this item.

I got this for the ceiling above my sonâs crib. It is super cool! Since he sleeps on my room with me I also get to enjoy it! It actually helps me sleep too.. highly recommend! Just gives off enough light that the room isnât pitch black and scary for the little ones.
Just got the astronaut today. The lights and stars are so cool. How you angle it will improve the coverage of the lights. It is slightly delicate when handling, like the head will fall off, but you just gotta be careful. I like that it has the option to turn off the stars, and that it comes with two timers. You will need an adapter though, but Iâm sure everyone has one like with their phones. Other than that itâs really cool. Might get one for my nephews and niece. Great for gaming and other atmospheres.
