The colour is really gorgeous and the finger puppet was a cute little surprise.I have to say I really love the poncho idea. It makes so much sense, especially after struggling to keep a beach towel on an infant or toddler. This hooded towel is a smart idea.However, one issue I had was the softness of the cotton. I expected the fabric to be much softer than it is. It is a little on the stiff side which I didn’t anticipate. It doesn’t have the best skin feel.However, as it just a beach towel for drying off after the pool for us I don’t worry about that as much.I wouldn’t suggest this for a bath towel and I feel it is too rough for delicate skin and full drying.
Absorbent towel for a toddler
This waffle-like material easily absorbs water and makes bath time much easier for me. My kid doesn’t like wearing the hood up, but because of the design, even if he doesn’t wear the hood, his whole body is covered by the towel and he gets dry quickly. I liked that the towel came with a little carrying bag, which would be great if you’re taking it to the beach. It also came with a cute little cat shaped finger puppet, which my son thought was fun when I put it on my finger and sang him a song.

Soft & Absorbent
This hooded towel is extremely absorbent. It is soft and roomie, with a large hood opening, to easily fit a wiggling, little head through it. It comes with a nylon bag with a draw-string and a tiny, cow finger puppet. Would make a nice gift for a new parent. Price seems reasonable.

Cotton and very absorbent
This bath towel is pretty soft and I use it on my 10 month old. The material is soft cotton so it’s very absorbent and warm. I really like the hood as it keeps his head warm. This towel is like a poncho where you have to slip it over the head and wear it. There are button snaps at the sides to secure the towel under the arms. There are materials and washing instruction tags on this towel.
