Excellent rear facing mirror
I had purchased one from babies r us for both my boys and I hated them, they would never stay in place, if a window was down forget about it. So I decided to try this one. And I LOVE it!!! It stays on place, it was super easy to install and itâs a great size and clear so I can see the baby perfectly ! Installing it I didnât realize I needed to turn the base piece a bit, but after I did it made perfect sense and it was 10 seconds to install!! It doesnât move while Iâm driving, doesnât move if a windows down, itâs great! Would 100% recommend
Take note of the Type of Headrest
Update!: This mirror is actually amazing! Our new car had the correct headrest to affix it to and I love it! So big and easy to see my baby!!!Original: The mirror itself is nice and big. However, I didn’t realize that the way you fasten the mirror to the seat would require a headrest that could be lifted up and not fully attached to the seat. It makes it really hard to fix the mirror to the seat so it’s falls off often. I’m going to see if there’s a way to fix this.

This mirror is easy to install and provides an excellent view of baby. I bought this based on reviews after another mirror couldnât be easily adjusted and would recommend this one to other parents.

This mirror provides a good view of your chid, is easy to adjust to get the perfect angel and secures tightly to the seat. Does not move even when going over bumps…only when your child decides to kick it!
Holding perfectly, for doubtful car seats!
Very good mirror! We bought other mirrors before, and none fit our seat.. all mirrors with one stripe only, as well as those with bending stripe wene not good. We thought we would not install mirror at all, as the car seat doesn’t allow much freedom of choice. Finally, found this one- not much space needed, locks easily, adjustable, sturdy. We see the baby at last! Would recommend definitely!

This mirror allows me to keep an eye on my little one while driving from place to place. I was concerned at first that the size of the mirror might be a distraction for me, but after a couple drives around town with it it becomes a part of the headrest and you barely notice it. Except when you do need to notice it. Then it gives you a clear view of your little one in their car seat. Not just a view of their face, but this mirror gives a wider angle view so you can actually see their hands and most of their body.The mirror is about the size of a MS Surface Pro (more rectangular than square i.e. iPad) and is curved to allow for a wider angle view. The Curve is subtle and does not distort images drastically like some security mirrors do. The mirror surface came clean and free of blemishes or defects. TBH, I was a bit shocked by the clarity of this mirror after removing it from its packaging. I wish other mirrors in my house provided a reflection that was as nice as this.I did give a 4/5 stars on he “easy to install” portion. Not that it was the products fault, but rather my headrests that caused some troubles. See, the instructions show how to install the mirror to the headrest in your back seat and uses a diagram where the headrest is one solid cube of foam. However, the headrests in our Honda CRV are more “L” shaped and have more negative space than the headrest in the instructions. I was having an issue with the straps having enough tension to keep the mirror in place. It would droop and sag and eventually the straps would come undone and the mirror would fall. I tested the mirror on a headrest similar to what they have in the instructions and it worked like it should, so the product was not defective. It’s just the way the headrests in the CRV are designed that was causing the issue. Luckily, I was able to flip the mirror upside down allowing the straps to retain the proper tension required to keep the mirror sturdy and stable. And the great thing is that the mirror itself is on a 360 swivel mount, so I could rotate and move the mirror however I wanted it after I got the straps working.All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase of this product.*NOTE* Amazon will verify purchases, but has yet to implement a way to verify the company purchased from. Great mirror, nice and big and can see the baby very clearly!
Really impressed with this mirror. I thought that I was going to have problems setting it up as Iâm not great at âinstallingâ things but this was really simple to fit and the adjustable straps gave a good, sturdy installation. A great size mirror, could see plenty of space. The overall finish was really nice too, I purchased the black matte version and it looks really stylish and is easy to wipe clean.Iâm not convinced that I will use this for a very long time but for now, whilst baby is rear facing, this really is reassuring to me that I can keep a good watch on my child In the car in a safe manner.Was delivered promptly and came in a nice box with instructions (fool proof for me!) and if I hadnât have been using myself I think this would make a nice gift for anyone expecting / just had a baby.
