Works like a charm!
I had previously bought a different thermometer but had to return it because it was missing a piece. This one was an Amazon recommended product and I donât regret it. It works very well and was easy to set up. Also good value for money compared to drug store brands
Not entirely accurate.
I bought 4 of them for work. Tested them on my forehead. Two of them give the exact same reading. The other two are off by 0.3 and 0.2 degrees celcius. It’s close enough that I won’t return it, but I wish it was a little more accurate.Apart from that, they’re great little units. Reads super quick, and will conveniently stay green if someone is healthy, turn orange if they’re running a low grade fever, and red if it’s a high grade fever. Makes it easy for my staff to know at a glance if someone is healthy.

.7 to a full degree Celsius low
This product should not be allowed to be sold. There is no mention that this product is way out of calibration and is obviously not tested. I purchased it as i have someone staying with me who is Post Chemo and needed to have vitals checked constantly do to issues with the treatment. This device is .7 to a full degree Celsius low in all its readings. we did not expect this and only realized after several treatments went by 2 which required 911. We have tested it against 3 other devices that all read accurately to one another & also tested against a medical grade Thermometer. Action needs to be taken on this product before someone dies or sustains injury due to a false sense of security

Non tutti lo sanno, ma queste pistole termometro sono da calibrare, prima dell’uso, infatti se provate a misurarvi la febbre subito dopo averlo scartato, vedrete che è sballato.Valido per la maggior parte delle pistole thermos scan di questo tipo, come calibrare??Prima misurarsi la febbre con un termometro digitale (intendo quelli simili ai vecchi mercurio ma digitali, sono i più affidabili, ma sono da disinfettare se si misura la febbre a più persone, per questo la pistola senza contatto è comoda)Una volta misurata la febbre, si può calibrare la pistola, OGNI PISTOLA TERMOMETRO (LA MAGGIOR PARTE) HA UN TASTO “SET OPPURE MODE” una volta accesa la pistola TENERE PREMUTO IL TASTO 2 SEC. fino a quando non esce un sotto menù lampeggiante, che vi permette di calibrare la pistola e li potrete inserire la temperatura rilevata con il termometro digitale citato sopra ( CONSIGLIO FARE 3 MISURAZIONI, testa,corpo”esempio petto,schiena,pancia,braccia”,polsi).Poi rimisurate la temperatura con entrambi e confrontate, ci sarà sempre un scarto di punti come riportato nella descrizione, ma cmq si avvicina alla temperatura reale, permettendovi di capire la situazione.In questo modo, potrete misurare la temperatura corretta, senza contatto, ovviamente quando si scaricano le batterie, bisogna ricalibrare tutto da 0, perché levando le batterie, leviamo alimentazione alla pistola, quindi si resetta.Spero vi sia utile
