Been using for almost a year straight – no issues
This is a lifesaver. I use it multiple times per day – yes it does try some brown discolouration in the bottom of water levels are low or if water is too hard but a little drop of vinegar just takes it right off and itâs good as new. Wouldnât hesitate to buy again but luckily it is working like a charm with almost a year of heavy use

The only recommendation from me is to use distilled water! There has been so much of scaling because I used tap water. The machine works like a genie ð§
The best
This makes sterilizing bottles and washing bottles just so much easier highly recommend to put on your registry so that you donât have to boil water to sterilize your babies bottles and baby toys. It is just so handy to have.
Convenient but doesn’t last
I bought this sterilizer just before my daughter was born. It worked fine as described. I would occasionally have to clean the calcium deposits in the pan and off of the rack which is not that much work. About 8 months in one of the buttons started not “clicking”. I had to press it in really hard to make it work which I could live with. And just about couple of weeks ago the sterilizer would just stop working half way into its cycle. It’s very frustrating as you put everything to be sterilized and you come back to find I have to do it all over again. I checked the water levels and nothing and nothing has been changed from when it was working new. I just submitted the warranty claim 5 days past the 1 year warranty date. I will update my review and rating for this product as I hear back from Baby Brezza.
Worked great until buttons broke – Updated after contacting customer service
We ordered this sanitizer in June as we had just had our first baby, it came quickly and in good shape. Since then we have used it multiple times per day (usually about 3X) for our sonâs bottles, pump parts, etc. as until heâs 6 months weâre supposed to sanitize these items daily. I was so thankful to have this machine, even if we could have used more space for items so we wouldnât have to run it so many times!Yesterday, barely over 5 months since we started using it, I went to run the last cycle for the day and all of a sudden the power button didnât work. The unit clearly had power as it still beeps and the screen briefly flashes when I plug it in. But the button itself seems to be broken, it doesnât even make the little click noise when I press it like the other ones do. The other most used button, the combo sanitize / dry cycle button, also seems to be broken, not that we can get the power on to know, but because it also does not click. We tried to call customer support yesterday but they had closed at 5PM so we sent an email to the address provided but have not heard back yet (not even in my junk folder) so we tried to call earlier and were on hold for 9 minutes before a recording said that they were too busy and to instead leave a recording with some information to receive a call back in 2-5 business days. We did this because it didnât give us a choice but I think itâs very unfortunate that we couldnât have just waited on hold instead of having to wait so long to hear back when we need this issue resolved or the unit replaced asap.For now I guess weâre back to the old school boiling technique for sanitizing everything but I will update this review when I hear back from their customer service.UPDATE:About 30 minutes after I posted the above (hopefully a coincidence) I received an email from their customer service and after a little back and forth (to share my order info and a video of the malfunction) they agreed to send me a new sanitizer once I sent proof that I had cut the electrical cord to the original unit. After that they shipped the new unit out and I received the tracking info on December 5th, with the unit arriving on the 7th. The new unit has been working well since then. Hopefully I will not need to update this review again with any other problems!
