Easy to operate
Step 1: Remove a clay from the package, 1 to 2 minutes until it becomes soft. Insert the soft clay into the bottom of the frame and create a sufficiently smooth surface with a wooden bar. Another clay frame is made using the same method. (It must be flattened when the clay is spread, otherwise it will wrinkle)
Step 2: Press your baby’s hands and foot into clay, form your hands and footprints. Apply a small amount of baby skin care cream will help. Please wait 48 hours to make the clay completely dry.

I bought this when my little one turned 4 months old. I suppose this is the best item to freeze the memories of your parenthood. It also has two places for small-sized photos of your young one.I was worried about the clay if it will dry before my baby can put her marks on it. But to my surprise, the clay part is handled beautifully in this product. The clay comes packaged in aluminum bags so it won’t dry even if you are planning to use it six months after buying it. The clay is premixed and as a user, I was required to knead it well. Once the clay is ready it doesn’t dry up quickly so baby can take its time to put the marks.I think this product is will be a very thoughtful, pleasing and suitable gift for couples who are expecting.Pros:This product is recommended as it doesn’t come with any ordinary clay but is checked of any harmful/toxic material.Very userfriendly. Easy to place photos and take marks of the baby’s hand and foot on the clay.The frame support is a nice idea. Great gift for newborn
I got one hand/foot print 1 year ago for my son, and now I buy one for my friendâs newborn baby. The product is better than what I expected. It comes with a nice box, 3 clay, a roller, and a large frame. My friend used it yesterday and gave me the feedback that it is very easy to use. she said she really loves the gift. She got a perfect hand and foot print. Little ones grow fast and It will be a good memory for us!
Huge reduction in quality since last purchase
I first bought this product to use for my daughter 4 years ago and there were no issues. Fast forward to today I have a newborn son, and I bought this exact same product (searched for it in my purchasing history.) It no longer comes with clay but with something that feels like insulation foam, hard to manipulate, smells like chemicals, and is very hard to get a decent print with. This plastic goop was so useless I had to buy modeling clay from the craft store to replace it in the frame. And now it doesn’t look the same as my daughter’s newborn prints. Very dissatisfied.
My husband and I are super pleased with how it turned out
I just finished using this kit for my three week old baby. My husband and I are super pleased with how it turned out! Itâs such a cute frame and a very special keepsake. I will say that the clay isnât exceptionally soft – I maybe could have warmed it up more, but by the time I got it rolled flat in the frame and ready for babyâs hand and footprint, it had cooled down a bit and it took a significant bit of pressure to leave a good mark in the clay. (We both worried that weâd hurt our babyâs hand, pressing too hard, but I think we were probably just being paranoid.) I recommend using a rolling pin to roll the clay flat into the frame, that worked best for us. Try not to fold the clay at all when youâre rolling it into the frame, because itâll separate a little and create a slight crack as the clay dries. (We have one crack in the clay on the left side of the frame but itâs not really a big deal.) Also, the glass of the frame isnât really glass, itâs plastic, but maybe thatâs a good thing since itâll be harder to break. Overall, absolutely loved this little kit!
Good product but room for improvement
It would be better if there were more detailed instructions and measurements for the clay or better yet, if the clay came in the actual size necessary for the frame.

My son is three and we never did a baby foot or hand for him. But he saw his cousin’s and asked if he could do one.My son is a giant – he is a size 10 shoe. He decided he wants the picture frame for pictures and wants to paint the clay.I think these are too cute and we had fun making them. Easy to use and if you make a mistake you can just re roll and do try again.** tip to avoid the cracking dry on a vented surface or a cooling rack.
Result Looks Nothing Like Pictures
This set is mostly okay but the clay is of a quality that no matter how warm it is or how long you roll it out you will never get it perfectly flat and smooth like the product pictures. As well your baby’s hand and feet won’t make as deep of an impression in the clay as the advertisements suggest either.Most of the 5 star reviews are from people who bought it as a gift for somebody else but didnt actually use it themselves and I can’t say I’m surprised. While it is easy to use, in general, it is impossible to make it look good like the pictures.Big bummer! I do not recommend this product unless you don’t really care if it turns out crappy or not.
Mud cracks while it dries
Mixed the mud exactly how the instructions say placed the foot imprints and left in dark cool room no direct sunlight for 24 hours came back to check it out and there was multiple cracks through the mud imprints
