The unique patented rotation brings your child 25.4 cm (10 inches) closer to you, and helps you maintain a more upright posture when lifting your child in and out and buckling them into the car seat. The seat smoothly rotates with one hand, then audibly clicks into place for assurance that it is safely secured. The car seat converts from rear-facing harness 1.8-18 kg (4-40 lb) to forward-facing harness 10-30 kg (22-65 lb) to grow with your child. Soft, lightweight fabrics featuring COOLMAX moisture-wicking material will help keep your child cool and comfortable. Like your favourite workout wear, it’s cooling and resistant to wrinkling and fading over time. The integrated RAPIDLOCK belt-tensioning technology and push-button LATCH make for a simple and secure installation in seconds. Super convenient for sedan
This is the 3rd rotating car seat that I tried. I’ve to say, none of them are perfect. All of them have their goods and bads. Its really depends on your perference and priority to pick the right one for you.Pros:- Installation is super easy. There is a rapid lock at the front and back of the seat depends if it is for forward or rear facing mode. Click to left up the lock and put the seat belt under, then press it down. That is! Also, the place to put the belt is color coded so you won’t need to find it or not sure if you put in the right place.- The idea of rotating car seat is to make it easy to load and unload a child. This one definitely deliver it. One click and rotate. When it rotates, the seat kind of moves toward you so you don’t need to bend down. A big relief for someone with backpain.- Compare this to the other 2 rotating car seats that I’ve tried. This one uses up much less space, especially on rear facing mode. So you don’t need to move your front seat. Good for smaller car.- The material is very soft and puffy. It keeps the baby cool in summer.- A bubble leveler on both side of the seat to indicate if the seat is properly level.Cons:- Because it moves outward a bit when it is rotated to the left or right, for some car, there may not be eough space to close the door without rotating the seat back to the original position. This may be inconvenient if you have to do this everytime before closing the door. But this depends on the car.- There is no magnets to keep the harness out of the way. I would expect all luxury car seats should have this feature if they have consult some parents before designing it.- To adjust the recline position, the switch is on the base of the seat and that make it more difficult. You will have to undo the seat belt.- There is no sensor technology to alert the parents for something like the seatbelt is not buckled properly or if the parent leave the car without taking the child. (there is one car seat that I know has this technology)- The cup holder is on the left side only. It is on the right side when it is rear facing. You cannot select which side to install hte cup holder.- The seat and the base cannot be separated. If you have to clean the seat, you have to take the whole system out. Or I have seen some parents like to take the whole car seat out. In that case, it will be a bit heavy and inconvenient.- One last thing, which I don’t want to say it is a con. Since it only do 180 degree rotation, that means to change from rear facing to forward facing mode, you have to remove the seatbelt and re-install it again. It is not really a big problem to me because you only have to do it once in like a few years. But there is another rotating car seat that can do 360 rotation and avoid re-intallating.Overall, this is a very nice car seat that many parents will find it useful. The price is a bit more (at this moment without any discount). I would definitely recomment this rotating seat. Once you have tried it, you will not want to go back to the traditional one.

Some of the function is not easy to use
For eg, the level of the ground, you can only change it after seat turn to another side. As well as the safe belt, but you can use this as a infant car seat which is good.

Compared to other seats I’ve used, my toddler finds this one noticeably more comfortable. It allows for flexible movement while ensuring safety, which is crucial during long car rides. The seat also ventilates well, preventing my child from overheating, especially during hot weather.I appreciate the adjustable headrest height, which ensures that my child will be able to use the seat as they grow. The 180-degree twisting feature is a game-changer, making it much easier for parents to put their infants in and take them out of the seat. This feature adds a level of convenience that is invaluable, especially when dealing with a squirming toddler. However, it’s worth noting that this feature only works in the rear-facing mode and cannot be used in forward-facing stages. My toddler has passed the stage, so itâs pity to not being able to use that twisting feature. It is a pity that this twisting feature cannot be used for forward-facing stages. Despite this limitation, the twisting feature remains a standout feature of this car seat.Another minor drawback is that the straps are a bit short. While they are perfect for spring and fall clothes, they can be tight when my child wears a thick winter jacket. This is a minor inconvenience and does not detract significantly from the overall performance of the car seat.Additionally, I wish there are two bottle holders on this car seat.In conclusion, the Baby Jogger City Turn car seat is an excellent choice for parents looking for a safe, comfortable, and convenient car seat for their child. Its superior quality, innovative features, and ergonomic design make it stand out from other car seats on the market.
