I recently purchased one of these. My daughter was a preemie as sheâs at that stage where she wants to stand all the time or sit up all the time She absolutely loves this. I had one issue where the company recently upgraded their mat and they sent me the water. One really attracted me to this product was the original mat and I Emailed them and they sent me a new mat the original one that I wanted with no problem they were super nice about it and speedy shipping. My son was not safe in this at all which is why Iâm returning. The product says it fits up to 35 pounds, but there should be a height limitation too. He is very tall and chunky and he was just jangling at a slope like he could just totally slide out. On top of that, the straps that were supposed to keep him secure around his waist were too loose , the carrier part sat way too low and bunched. As you can see from the photo the way that the straws are sewn in, they are way too horizontal and thatâs why the seat bunches.
