Nice humidifier
This humidifier is perfect for the nursery. It has a relaxing soft hiss ,not gurgly. The water should be refilled every 12 hours or so but it has an automatic shut off. I like the adjustable levels and you can win the vapor in various directions. The lights are nice too. Note it does leave ring of dampness so won’t put next to artwork or items that could be damaged. The price seemed high but I’m happy with this product. Used all winter with no problems.
Good investment
We have used it for two months non stop. I am a light sleeper and with the humidifier just 2 ft away from my head, it was quiet enough not to wake me. Soft colour light options is a nice feature. One full water reservoir lasted 2 days (night time only). Nice light mist. I would recommend.
Good unit but Awkward controls
I find it awkward, and when I press the power button, it does not turn off. But Iâve got the hang of it now and itâs good that it shows the humour start in the room and the temperature to guide me whether it needs to be on or not. Itâs a good size for a bedroom, which is where I keep mine. Overall I quite like it. Only reason for four stars is that the controls are a little confusing.
Leaks all over its own electronics and dies
Edit: I bought two and both are dead after one winter of use. Bad design and water spills all over the control board and humidity sensor. One of mine has a fried control board and the other days it has no water in it and shuts off even though it does. Total waste of money.Original review; I was looking for a humidifier where I could set the humidity level, because all of them seem to be too powerful for my kids’ rooms and over humidify everything. This one works well in that you can set the humidity and it turns on and off to maintain the level. The settings are a bit off – I have to set it to 60% humidity to get the humidity to about 50% in the room.The cons:- It’s messy to fill and water spills everywhere when you pick it up off the base- It’s hard to clean because when you pick up the base, the water spills everywhere and gets into the humidity sensor and makes it go out of whack- I bought 2 of them and one is ok, but the control board on the other one goes crazy when we unplug it to clean it. I guess it got wet somehow and messed up the control board, so on the nights we unplug it to clean it, we can’t re-set the desired humidity level on it.They’re fine now that I have them, but they’re kind of expensive and I wouldn’t repurchase because I don’t think they’ll last very long since the electronics inside get wet so easily.

I use this every single night in my daughters room. We had an issue with it starting to make a grinding noise when we turned it on, and I was using way too much essential oil so the top started to corrode, but I emailed the company and they responded in less than 24 hours and shipped me a whole new one! Love it. Very worth the money. Make sure to always empty the receptivas from the sides, I accidentally poured it to the front and the touch display stopped working properly for about 2 minutes.

Loved the colour changeHowever it is messy. Water leaks and I thought it was too expensive for what the product actually has to offer.
Silent and great humidifier for my baby
I use this humidifier daily in my baby’s room. It is really silent, has a great capacity and is very simple to use. And it is filled and cleaned easily. What I like the most is that it has a thermostat and the feature to adjust the humidity level. These last weeks that my baby had runny nose I’ve been able to adjust it more adequately to his needs, selecting more humidity and controlling the temperature of the room at the same time.And I definitely love the design and the light colours (and my baby too!).
Absolutely love this product
I absolutely love this product! I recently purchased two of these humidifiers after extensive product research and am thrilled this purchase. The humidifier is very quiet so as to not disturb anyone. The lighting provides a soothing atmosphere and my kids love that they get to pick the colour of the light. I love that it displays the humidity level and that you can adjust it manually or you can set it to do it automatically. I also like that you can add essential oils should you choose. After trying many humidifiers in that past this is the first one that everyone in our family finds useful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
I subscribe to Consumer Reports and that is how I found this product. Living in a desert environment I purchased this to humify a guest room for visitors. It worked excellently and lived up to all the products features. I particular liked the light feature. It served as a nightlight for visitors in a room unfamiliar to them. Excellent product worth the investment.
Works as advertised. I run it for a few hours in my bedroom (door closed), then shut it off before going to bed. Can’t get any quieter than that! Humidity level stays same throughout the night.
UPDATE: As predicted, the humidifier stopped working. It began making a grinding sound and no mist came out. Not surprising, but still disappointing.ORIGINAL: This is a small humidifier for a bedroom. It offers several settings for humidity control and is relatively quiet., except for an occasional dripping sound that can be annoying in a silent room. That said, it is messy. The mist condenses in the removable top, which you wonât notice until you take it off to remove the base for a refill. There is no way to avoid this. And the condensate will drip down the sides onto whatever the unit is sitting on, and even get inside the display⦠which probably isnât a good thing. Advice: sit it on a plastic tray so you donât ruin your surface, have a hand towel ready when you take the top off, and make sure itâs plugged in to an outlet with a GFCI or arc fault breaker because Iâm convinced itâs going to blitz out from water getting into the unit. Iâm not returning the unit because itâs been used and I didnât keep the box (rookie mistake).
This is a basic humidifier. It does transform water and create steam into the room with a few options to control the amount of steam generated. I bought this because of the good reviews on a well know consumer products research site, but this has drawback for me. It is very simple and straightforward to use, the plug is large and it easy to screw on and off and it seems to be a good build quality. However, the humidity monitor on the machine is not particularly accurate so if you need a specific humidity, you are out of luck, but to me, the most annoying issue is that the condensation builds up on the outside of the water receptacle so when it comes time to empty, the jug gets your hands wet and drips water. It also has a very small tank that, on the medium output setting, needs to be emptied every 24 hours – in my case when I tried to increase the output, the water only lasted 13 hours. It is a decent unit for the price. I did know that when I bought the unit but in practice its a pain.
Love this humidifier! It’s great for kids but I’ve been using one myself for a few years, and have easily bought them for at least five other people. It’s super easy to use, has a lot of great functions, and is really quiet. I love using the nightlight function – it looks really cool on the ceiling. It’s also nice that it turns on and off based on humidity level, and has a large tank. The tank doesn’t get gunky inside, which is another plus. Please note: When I first bought it I didn’t follow the instructions and added WAY too much scented oil to the diffuser cup. It got stuck, like they said it would. I turned my hair dryer on high and pointed it at the cup for a few minutes and it separated. Phew!Quality product!
