Introducing your little one to solid foods can be a challenging and exciting time for parents. It can be difficult to know which foods to start with and how your baby will react to each new flavor and texture.
That’s where our first solid foods tracker comes in!
This comprehensive book is designed to help you keep track of your baby’s progress as they embark on their solid food journey. With our handy chart of first foods, you can easily check which foods your baby has tried and how many times. This will help you to keep track of what your baby likes and dislikes, making meal planning much easier.
In addition to the chart, our book includes a weekly tracker with plenty of space for you to write down your observations and the foods given to your baby. This will enable you to monitor your baby’s progress and ensure they are getting the right balance of nutrients as they grow and develop.

Not what I was looking for
I was looking for something to track all my babies first foods. Sometimes i wonder if those that create these pages have children themselves. I would have prefered it to have been organized by food, not by meal. The first pages are useless, as a child only eats one meal a day for about a month. I thought the observations would have been for each meal, not in general. I hope that they will show sample pages for all their products in the future so I know what I am really buying.
Not what expected
Good book to list foods baby eats but was hoping for better layout. It will do the job. Couldn’t return.
