Great product. Have used it post-surgery prior to applying new bandages to ensure area is clean, and have even used to clean my sisterâs stab wound (she accidentally stabbed herself doing home improvement). Her stitched up wound was looking fairly angry after a few days camping, and within a few hours after spraying her wound with bactine the angry redness around her wound started to subside and she was pretty floored that it also numbed the area
Okay for bug bites, useful for all minor skin irritations
I was really hoping this would give me relief from my extreme itchiness due to mosquito bites. It does help temporarily, though I ended up having to use it only on large areas and then finding something stronger to put in when I had a chance (numbing poly or after bite). Iâm still happy with my purchase though, as it will come in handy for when I have cuts and scrapes and rashes.
Relief
This summer has been crazy with so many mosquitoes and I seem to be a number one target for them. I have never had so many bites and the itching was driving me crazy. I decided to check Amazon to see if I could find something that worked better and found this product. It was a game changer I could finally get relief and rest from these bites. I definitely recommend this product for the mosquito bites as well as any cuts it works quickly and disinfects the area.

We originally got this as a disinfectant for wounds, but we end up using it more in the summer for bug bites. Just spray it on the bite, wipe it off a couple of times, and it works to reduce the itch.
