Absolutely wonderful. Dealing with a very difficult skin condition for 1 year and 7 dermatologists. It was finally diagnosed as hyper-photosensitivity, an allergy to sunlight head to toe, 6 months ago. I also have other difficult health conditions that heighten the pain, so I was desperate. I repeatedly tried to find shampoo or cleansers on Amazon that wouldn’t cause severe burning & itching. I hadn’t been able to use anything but water to wash for at least a month so I tried, again, to find something on Amazon.This time I searched for “very, very sensitive skin” and found Baja Baby Unscented Shampoo and Cleanser. I combed the product info, reviews, questions, and feedback for the seller. I was very impressed with the very positive product feedback even from other adults like me dealing with difficult skin issues. I also saw feedback indicating a unusually high level of customer service responsiveness, plus a money back guarantee. So I ordered, praying that this time I would find a winner.I did. I can wash all over with NO discomfort! Finally my skin is getting clean and the rash is calming some. I am extremely grateful for the availability of this product.It appears to be expensive, but with the large 16 oz. bottle, believe me, a little bit goes a long way! You can get a nice lather in your hands before applying it, and it is extremely gentle going on.I also found out for myself that Baja Baby has INCREDIBLE customer service when Amazon had repeated shipping mistakes. I’ve never had a better customer service experience.Excellent product, excellent business! Highly, highly recommend!
I finally found the perfect shampoo! I have very long fine hair and a lot of it, so it gets tangled very easily, much like a child’s hair. This shampoo cleans my hair extremely well without leaving it dry or brittle afterwords. I would recommend following the directions and just using a small amount since it could be potentially drying if used in excess. It’s wonderful paired with the conditioner from Baja Baby and it left my hair very soft and shiny with lots of volume. I also noticed it significantly reduced dandruff and itchiness on my scalp. I’ve tried so many different natural brands of shampoo and this one is by far the absolute best. The smell is very mildly floral and it has a good lather. My search for the perfect natural shampoo is finally over!
Smells nice but not overpowering. Donât get really sudsy but also washes off really clean.
This product left my sons hair soft but a bit oily. The scent is very light. The reason for 1 star is the extremely deceptive ingredients label!! Had I known about the other ingredients that was stuck on the bottle via a little sticker I would have NEVER purchased this. I am returning it and will order the unscented. If that has hidden ingredii will return that as well!!
I bought this for my 5mo son who has been very much prone to eczema since he was 6 weeks old. I have tried out many products and ended up with Honest Co body wash. Not that I liked the product, but I trust the company and it seemed better than other products. Anyways, when I was bathing my son, I used to try rinsing off the residue of body wash completely which is pretty hard to do because he moves so much in the tub. With Honest Co, his eczema got worse right away with some residue left on his skin, but with Baja, it never does. Baja leaves film like residue on skin which is hard to rinse off and I didn’t like it at first. However, it doesn’t affect his eczema at all and his skin actually has been improved for sure. Probably the residue I’m talking about is some sort of moisturizing agent. Baja definitely has made my life easier!
