Easy Install adding protection for the floor
Turned the spare bedroom into a gym and wanted to protect the linoleum floor from the heavy equipment. It is a good thickness and does the job. I have a Total Gym and a Bowflex Max Trainer on it and the floor is well protected. It is slippery for floor exercises so would need runners.
This product is great
I got it few days ago and I very please with it. It only took me few minutes to assemble it together. So far I used it few times for the martial arts training and it works great as well as for my regular work outs. Because it is reversible and it is shiny, it may slide a bit but it is not a problem for me. I am glad I purchased it and I will recommend it
Brilliant for home gyms
I have a garage gym where my squat rack, dumbell stand, GHD and kettlebells are. Before, I used to be overly cautious dropping anything, and wouldn’t dare damage my equipment deadlifting for example. I bought these and it’s been fantastic.I’ve shifted a thing or two from one spot to another, and really heavy large based items leave small marks, but I left my B-tch bars on the mats overnight and realized the next morning the cap had sliced all the way through. I was really upset until about another day later, the slice in the mat had completely filled in with the foam reshaping itself.Its comfy for doing plyometric work, supports heavy equipment. I am a very happy camper. I bought a second set for my friend who has a garage dojo for BJJ and its perfect for rolling as well.

Better than expected!!
Ordered these 3/4″ tiles for my home gym. I’ve read mixed reviews about using foam vs rubber mats but my budget called for foam. I am super happy with the product, 3/4″ was perfect for us. My husband and I do weight lifting and I wouldn’t have gone down to the 1/2″ for our heavy weights. Others have complained about the tiles separating but we haven’t had this issue. I believe it is because we did the entire room, wall to wall, which keeps everything in place. We did not tape tiles together, or down to the floor. One thing we need to be careful of is not leaving weight plates on our bar after a workout, as it will leave indentations in the foam. The only downside is that it is a bit slippery, in socks or shoes, even the bench slides around fairly easily which is annoying when relying on it for exercises like pelvic thrust. I just have to make sure its pushed up against the wall for this. Overall, super happy with the product!!

Fantastic Exercise/Garage Mat
I couldn’t be happier with these foam exercise tiles. I’ve purchased exercise/anti-fatigue mats from several different retailers and nothing compares to these. These mats seem very durable, and made from 3/4″ high quality foam. I did have one tile with slightly damaged edges, but I ended up having one spare. I do highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for a thicker exercise mat. I purchased the 96 Sq ft. 24-Tile pack and will be quickly re-ordering once I have permission from my wife so I can finish the floor and move exercise equipment in. I will update review once I complete the floor and garage completed.

el producto esta bien y ensambla a la perfección, solo estarÃa mejor si fuese un poco mas rÃgido, pero de todo lo demás muy agradable para realizar ejercicio de lo mejor y el costo esta adecuado.
